Great place to stop

Nice hotel in Gorodets. Unfortunately, it is located on the outskirts and quite far from the city center and main attractions. Walking distance to the center takes 30-35 minutes, or by taxi in 10-15 minutes. But the surrounding area is quiet and calm, with convenient access from the road. There is a large parking lot in front of the entrance. Some of the rooms overlook the courtyard, where there is a recreation area, barbecue areas, a swimming pool and baths. There are no rooms on the ground floor, only rooms 2 and 3. Almost all rooms have large balconies with chairs or armchairs and tables. The rooms are quite large. If you need a refrigerator, you need to inform the reception in advance. Breakfasts are held on the ground floor in the hall of the Persona restaurant, quite varied and satisfying. You can also eat at this restaurant at other times, although we didn’t really like it, there are questions about the quality of the food and the service. I hope everything changes for the better. We were very pleased with our vacation.

Didn't like it.

The hotel of course no 3 stars, it is 2 stars 100% (for example Berry Village with its 2 stars liked much more, it deserves 3 stars). I put one star in this review specifically for my ruined vacation. Details of all the pros and cons:
+ Room is very warm and spacious with all comforts, good food, clean air, birdsong, large wooden balcony with comfortable garden furniture, upholstered furniture, excellent mattress, value for money, can order food in room, cheap business lunch from 12 to 16
– All days my hotel accommodation was under renovation, of course I was not warned and not even discounted!!! Drilled all day, dusted with a pillar, horror!!!(((Coffee not good, lack of bath, staff not keen, half spots did not work in the room, shabby furniture (photoshopped on the site), suitcase did not help to bring in, wifi very weak - at times did not work at all, water pressure in the shower is very weak, in the room did not clean, garbage was not picked up, noise insulation is not available - hear ALL

Best hotel in city

Nice hotel with a reasonable price. We stayed in the lux-room and it was very spacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ~10 min. drive from city center - you can order easily taxi for 100 RUB one way. Food is tasty and nice served. For a bigger company you can order a big and private sauna complex which was just opened in September 2016. There is a big sauna with shower room, big room with TV and the pool outside.

Certified modern three-star a few minutes drive from Gorodets

We visited this hotel on a group visit to Gorodets and just had food there, the place is nearby Gorodets ( a few maybe 10-15 minutes from Gorodets, about 2 km away from Gorodets tourist attractions, taxi from Gorodets available at just around 100 RUR), the hotel is new and looks clean and quite decent, inside they have a proper reception, staff is friendly, they have a restaurant and bar (a good option for lunch, both private and for groups) , 4 clean public toilets in their hall, we talked to the manager they say they were recently certified as 3* and make discounts for group accomodation. I will certainly keep in in mind in case I go to Gorodets with friends, guests or children next time

Very good but not perfect

Stayed 4 nights and was impressed, very clean and new. The rooms are big but the towels not. The free shampoo and soap are not enough to wash with and the shower needs to be more powerful. Free reliable and fast Internet provided. A small but good choice for breakfast given and will help if you want something different. Eggs cooked just the way you like them. Staff English speaking level is sufficient for them to understand your questions. Restaurant food is very good and a enough selection of items to pick. The biggest problem is location as no other restaurants near unless you get a taxi. Recommended to pay the night before you leave as it takes a bit time for them to work out your bill.
