Unbeatable staff

Great humanity from the staff and management of this hotel. I had a personal problem during my stay in Arnedillo and they got lost for helping me. Eternally grateful for your generosity in a complicated situation for me.

BAR SERVICE, CORRECT

We only use the hotel bar, it has customer service, both for the hotel, and for people not staying. Spacious, and with projector to watch football. Waiter service and normal prices. It's the typical village bar, for aperitif and coffee.

Family treatment

We have been from ten and nine to twenty-fifth August, inclusive.
When you read certain reviews about hotels, restaurants, campsites... etc. you wonder if they have been in the same place. Opinions from other years can be accurate as everything changes to better or worse.
For this humble letter board, it is necessary to start from the fact that the Parras Hotel is one Ace and that the stars are not for luxury but for services, amenities, surface of the rooms, soundproofness of them.
It is a hotel from some time ago, where they are investing to improve the stay. Naturally, there are no luxuries, but cleanliness, sympathy and food are pleasant. The food is homemade, well prepared and hearty. I've read that someone complains about breakfast. They didn't set any limits on us. I have also perceived some discontent at the smell coming from the kitchen. It's a half-truth: in the hallway yes, but in the room no.

Good visit

Clean rooms. It is obvious that they are not new but they are well cared for. Very friendly staff. I also ate very well. The quality-price is fine. It is very close to the urban center and has pools and places for hiking nearby.

Thanks family

Excellence is deserved. When in a group of 47 people, the meal ends, recognizing the work of some professionals among great applause, even demanding the presence of the cooks. It must be highlighted.
We have been very satisfied with the cleanliness, the service, and the quality-price ratio.
