Quiet hotel
Hotel quiet and simple. Friendly and attentive staff. Well placed. Breakfast good.
To put something negative, it needs some aesthetic improvement in the rooms and bathrooms.

Awful hotel.
Have as I explain this experience.
The shower, full of black spots , (possibly fungi), I showered in pure miracle, because also not even the controls of the shower column work. The towels, almost transparent and small, cannot be more worn.
The beds, horrible, low mattresses, totally sunk and that the springs nail you to all parts of the body, the sheets like towels, super worn.
And to top off the noises you hear in the room every time someone comes in or out, closes a closet or does other things ................, you hear everything and they move up to the walls.
To say the only good thing that this hotel has is the location, this is unbeatable if you want to visit the center of Aviles.
Finally, I would like to say a few words to both the management and the owners of this establishment. I'm sure that when you go out on vacation or on business you are the most demanding and cappella in the world, without seeing how bad you have in your own home.
Thank you for this pleasant night, I hope you change or run out of customers soon.

Unpleasant experience
On January 4th and 5th I made a room reservation and parking space. Day 5 when trying to enter the car park at about 7:15 p.m. does not recognize the code that I had been given at reception and that until this time I had had no problem getting in and out. Since there are no staff at reception at this time I call the door intercom to communicate the problem and through screen the person who attends to me releases me simply "does not open the door because I have not paid for parking". It is with great anger on my part that I tell you that I have paid cash to the person who was in reception of msñana and that in any case faced with doubt on his part I should not leave myself with the car in the street, at night and raining in seas. He's trying to justify himself, and I'll tell him not to tell me stories and give me an entry code.
Apparently my tone of voice bothers you and cuts off communication.
I call the helpline indicated in email for cases of need twice and they do not answer calls. I call again through the intercom and the same person who answered me gives me a code that when I go to the parking lot and enter it also does not open the door. Call back and without any explanation, give me a new code that this time does open the door.
On the morning of the 6th I comment the case to the reception person and perplexed does not give credit to what happened with the aggravation that neither the incident of the previous day, nor the calls have been recorded in the computer system of the hotel (shows me the screen of the computer and there is no comment to me incident).
I have tried to know the name of the person of the incident to file a formal claim against him through a claim sheet but I have not succeeded.
I will never use a hotel of this company again if they do not have a natural person in reception who solves a problem that may arise.

Scammers
They charged me double for a problem with the reservation. Zero empathy for the traveler, zero personalized attention. They are scammers.
