Very nice campsite, central location
The site was very good, also in terms of size. Sanitary facilities were clean at all times. Reception very nice. Supermarket also has a lot of selection and is not expensive. Access to the sea with a code, I found that very good, so that not just anyone can walk in. we will definitely come back

I want to go to that campsite
Good afternoon, could someone answer me, to enter the pool do you need to wear the wristband? My daughter is very bad at wearing a wristband and there is no way she will want to. Thank you

Para acceder a la piscina es necesario llevar la pulsera identificativa del camping, ya que nos permite garantizar que el uso de las instalaciones es exclusivo para nuestros clientes.
En cualquier caso, si vuestra hija tiene alguna dificultad para llevarla, no os preocupéis. Cuando lleguéis, comentadlo en recepción y buscaremos la mejor solución para que podáis disfrutar de vuestra estancia con total tranquilidad.

You cannot enter; leave a bad review if you want…
After speaking with a staff member at the campsite, we were told that there was no problem arriving later than 9:00 PM. We arrived at 9:10 PM and they did not allow us to enter, leaving us stranded with two small children… the first excuse was that the receptionist was new… finally, we were told that it was the hotel director we spoke with, but he did not say that to us… a complete mess… Fortunately, at the campsite next door, they let us in SUPER kindly, Camping Blanes, very simple but highly recommended. The title is how we were kicked out of Camping Bella Terra

Lamentamos que vuestra experiencia haya sido esta y que no pudierais acceder al camping en el momento de vuestra llegada.
Nos gustaría aclarar que nuestra política de acceso es clara y se comunica a todos los clientes: por motivos de organización y seguridad, es necesario disponer de una reserva confirmada para poder acceder al recinto, especialmente fuera del horario habitual de recepción. Esta normativa se aplica de forma igual para todos los clientes sin excepción.
Respecto a lo que comentáis sobre la conversación previa, no nos consta que la información facilitada fuera la que indicáis. En cualquier caso, todas las directrices del camping son establecidas por la dirección y aplicadas por el equipo de recepción, garantizando siempre un mismo criterio de actuación.
Sentimos sinceramente las molestias ocasionadas, especialmente viajando con dos niñas pequeñas. En cualquier caso, nos habría gustado que pudierais conocer el camping en condiciones normales para poder valorar la calidad de nuestras instalaciones y servicios.
Si en el futuro decidís realizar una reserva con nosotros, estaremos encantados de recibiros y de ofreceros la experiencia completa del Camping Bella Terra.

Following the sun to Blanes about a journey that was more than just a transfer from point A to point B
Everything was great, the plot, the sea view, the security, the dog-friendly campsite, the clean sanitary facilities. When annoying insects appeared on the motorhome, the campsite staff dealt with them by spraying as best they could.

Dream vacation in paradise
So good that we are coming back in September, great equipment and a dream location. Impeccable cleanliness service, attentive staff, and the camping is really very clean and close to the city center.
