Nice, small and cheap hotel

Nice, small hotel facing a small square ( where parking was surely possible in Feb). Room was very ok for the money and a friendly staff). Also the cafetaria downstairs offers drinks, diner and breakfast in the morning as well. Outside, there a two terrasses so you can dit ouside as well during the day and the eventing.

I spent a week at Hotel Anna and I can say I felt very comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and professional with me.

Could do with referb

Better than the other hotel in the town but sadly only on street parking available
One of the double rooms is extremely small compared to the others so bad luck if you get that one
Tapas were nice in the bar area
Could do with an update and blanket washed on bed
Nice staff

Great option for exploring.

Hotel Anna is located on the northern edge of the town, very easily accessed from the N-340 and with free private parking. The heart of the historic centre is just a short walk away whilst the Serra Mariola Natural Park is right on the doorstep. A perfect location.
Our visit coincided with the end of COVID-19 lockdown in Spain. We took the opportunity to drive an hour inland to give ourselves a break after three months of 'house arrest'. Thus, we were a little nervous when we arrived. However, Hotel Anna was more than prepared for the 'New Normal' with perspex screens and temperature checks on arrival given by a very friendly receptionist.
Our room - a superior class - was perfect with enormous beds, a well-equipped bathroom and shower with a separate toilet as well as fridge, TV and very efficient air-conditioning, most valued in late June. We stayed three nights and for the first night we rolled up a blanket to provide an extra pillow. The cleaning staff noticed this and provided us with extra pillows for the remaining two nights. That's what you call perfect attention to the client. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed daily.
There is a bar/cafeteria in the hotel which is nothing special but provides some excellent tapas and a most generous daily menu. The bar staff are friendly, some even speak a little English if that's an issue, and the prices were quite excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Anna and would not hesitate to use them again - and to recommend it to others.

Nice clean friendly hotel. We were well looked after by Salvatore, our genial and ultra- efficient host. The home cooked fare was generous and hearty. Everything was fairly priced, and we will certainly go there again
