Hotel very good. Spa wrong.

Good.: I liked the hotel. Friendliness of the staff. Large rooms. with large wardrobes. Spacious bathrooms. Proper cleaning. Breakfast varied..Possibility of parking.
Bad. Spa. It needs good reform. You can not put that price for the spa conditions. Lo

Wonderful view.

The room was very spacious, the check in was easy and the staff on reception very friendly. The bed was great, and the pillows perfect. The view from our room on the 5th floor was amazing, we paid for the superior mountain view and it was worth it. The dinner menu was a buffet but with some roasted beef which was served freshly cooked and on a griddle to add more cooking if necessary was the best we have tasted in a long time. The breakfast buffet was good too, with freshly made omelettes available. The staff in the restaurant were a little unsure of themselves, it took four people to get one glass of wine from them. All in all a lovely hotel in wonderful surroundings. We only stopped one night on a trip home from France.

Expensive and bad experience

I've been at the hotel for three nights. The rooms are very good. Cleaning people super friendly and nice rooms. People who are in reception very nice and also very friendly.
The man who takes you on the bus, who tells me that he had fallen and taken a hit, is super nice and friendly.
NEGATIVE THINGS:
- The lounge to be quiet for people who do not ski is closed until one noon. Either they stay at the front desk or an older gentleman with white hair and blue eyes gets very edged if you walk into that room talking in aggressive and ill-mannered ways.
The spa is broken... this can happen.
- Expensive parking, 22€ per day, but this being of free choice is a thing of oneself.
- The breakfast buffet is plentiful, but of low quality... Bad juices that are a water with a lot of sugar.
- The shower towels are of mediocre quality and small.
Expensive price.

I didn't plan to write anything even though the cleanliness is pretty fair , old rooms and bad breakfast.

I really didn't plan to write anything, even though the cleanliness is pretty fair (lint, dust and hair in the bathroom) and the breakfast buffet bad and scarce. But I find it amazing, being in the room quietly at 10:30 having the check out at 12:00 and having a lady come in and tell me in bad ways that I have to leave the room because she has the hotel full and if we all leave at 12:00 does not give her time to clean and leaves at 15:00. I work in services and empathy I have, but invade my intimacy arguing that you will be late... subreal.
