Very small rooms, but otherwise excellent
The details on the TripAdvisor site are not correct – there is no Desk, Dining area, Safe or Coffee/tea maker. There is no sun terrace and outdoor furniture, and no hot tub or barbeque facilities. What they do have is excellent – easy to find, great welcome in nearly perfect English, secure storage area for bikes. Located near to various supermarkets, restaurants and a laundromat. The rooms were renovated in the last few years, but they are very small. WiFi works very well. Unusually this B&B charges a 100EUR deposit soon after one makes a booking, returnable about a day after check-out. Apparently, this system has almost eliminated damages and thefts eg towels.

Basic but fine for city break
Hotel room is very basic, there are two double beds in it. Are small beds, think 1.40 wide and 1.80 long. Which I think is really too short. Maarja longer beds are also not possible because of the space.
Was all neat and clean though. I also find that there is no door between the bathroom / toilet and the sleeping area. This allows you to just see/hear the other from the bed near the door.
From hrt other bed not visible because of a planted glass wall what is in between as a partition.
But also for a city trip it was quite fine, just need to sleep there.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luggage can also be left there after check-out. Is 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the train/bus station and 25 minutes walking to the center.

Pretty good address for Girona.
Ideally located 10-15 min from RENFE station.
Room new and very clean, but impersonal. Rather small: it is difficult to walk around the bed. No door between the bathroom and the bedroom as it is a square of opacified glass. It is also not possible to open the patio door when it would have been a plus to be able to enjoy the balcony.
No wardrobe (with blanket), hairdryer, or chair; but a color TV with good reception (and which is not red light at night).
The hotel is quite quiet, as is the street; although it is not the prettiest around.
Breakfast is extra (5 Euros). Francophone receptionist

Double charging us
Me and my partner decided to do a cheap getaway and we came across this hotel, the first problem we had was that they declined our late check in at 11PM but this was due to our flight landing at 10PM so this made us worry a little bit but we thought we would still go to the hotel and see if they late us stay, thankfully they did! however as we was checking in they had told us we hadn’t paid, even though we had proof of money coming out of bank and the booking.com confirmation, so at this point we was tired and just decided to pay again, we had actually ended up paying double (£168 twice!) luckily for us we had the spare money but if you didn’t, it wouldn’t be a good situation. Fortunately, booking.com is refunding the money for us! So the hotel actually did double charge us after saying they didn’t!
Problems aside, I think the hotel is in a good location for transport links, the staff are friendly just not much helpful, I would only stay here if you are just needing somewhere to sleep. Rooms are tiny, no doors to separate the bathroom, clean enough.
I would just be a-bit aware of the hotel in terms of taking money from you. You get what you pay for!

ATTENTION!!! Money hunters...!!!!
I sent a reservation request to Bed&Breakfast 10 Girona hotel on Booking.com to do checkin between 23:00-00:00. They confirmed my reservation. And after about 10 minutes, they sent me an e-mail that they can only accept me if I come before 20:00. Unfortunately my flight was landing in the city at 23:00 and I couldn't change it. I then asked them to cancel my reservation via e-mail and send me back the payment they received. They didn't answer. I called them several and several times, they didn't answer my phone.
The hotel could have reject my reservation when they saw my probable checkin time. But they confirmed it, and immediately withdrew the payment from my bank account. And they didn't refund. They never answered my emails or calls. I will report this scam hotel everywhere!!!
