Perfect for location, some details to fix
The location of the hotel is certainly one of its strengths: it is located a few steps from the sea, the center and the bus stops, which makes it very convenient to get around and enjoy the area.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout your stay. The Luggage Storage Service is also very convenient, useful for those with uncomfortable check-in or check-out times.
The air conditioning worked well and made the stay comfortable, especially on warmer days.
Breakfast is not particularly rich, but the staff is always careful to restock what ends up, keeping everything tidy and available.
The only weakness was the Cleaning Service: the rooms were not redone every day, the towels were still changed regularly, but the balcony was never cleaned for the duration of the stay.
Also, as read in other reviews, unfortunately our shower enclosure also had sealing problems and leaked water every time it was used.
Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the location, the courtesy of the staff and the services offered, although there would be to improve the attention to cleanliness and some details in maintenance.

Friendly
Nice experience,
Good location a few steps from a very beautiful beach in S'arenal. However, do not come here to stay in your room.. You can see everything there quickly.
Housekeeping was only done starting from day 3. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Indeed, when the housekeeper comes, she does not clean under the bed and leaves dust constantly.
The breakfast is modest, but it does the job.
The color of the bay windows is a shame, but the view from the balcony is pleasant.

Avoid
Unfortunately, I think it’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Upon our arrival the room had not been cleaned: it seemed that the sheets had simply been changed, but the rest was in unacceptable condition. There were not even towels.
After contacting my agency, I requested a cleaning service. Fortunately it was carried out, albeit in a rather superficial and questionable way.
Breakfast is average, nothing special but all in all acceptable.
The reception is almost always empty. It must be said that there is a button to request assistance, but I do not know if it is active 24 hours a day. The staff is friendly but doesn't speak English, which can be a problem for those who don't know the local language.
To sum up, I strongly advise against this hotel, mainly for the poor hygiene, which is really unacceptable.

Bad experience
Uneducated receptionist, unprofessionalism. Not fit for your job. Absent from his place of work, he comes when you call him in bad ways.The rooms are and bathrooms could be cleaner, sizes very old..

Discreet
Hotel in a good position to move around and get around the whole island, modern and cute. The room was in acceptable condition and so was the bathroom. Unfortunately we know, we Italians always have very high expectations about cleanliness and we adapt when we are abroad. Unfortunately there was dust and there were some episodes in which either the bed had not been made or the towels had not been changed, one of the two things in short. We pointed this out at the reception who once immediately and kindly gave us clean towels. The second time, however, that we reported that the bed had not been made, the next day we found it still not made .. the next day we had to leave so it was useless to claim at 10 pm. Beyond these episodes I would like to give 3 stars because we never had problems with the shower and water unlike what I had read in other reviews. Breakfast is normal, with sweet and savory products also typical. Friendly staff, one piece of advice I would give is to pay more attention to the organization of room cleaning.
