bathroom in the hallway

It is quite uncomfortable to have the bathroom outside the room as it is common for rooms, if you have to get up at night to go to the bathroom you can find it busy and being a bathroom for both sexes can be uncomfortable for the client, since if you are in underwear you can find anyone.

Rude and unprofessional - to be avoided

Before booking, I read some of their bad reviews on Google. I decided to book anyhow. Please, do not make the same mistake !
The owners are the rudest I have ever seen - and I travel a lot for work.
I repeatedly tried to contact them by phone and emails 15 days before my stay. I have never received a reply. They don't even answer the phone.
The day of your stay, you are simply sent a WhatsApp message with instructions on how to get in and I agree with one of the Google review - it is complicated. When I tried to WhatsApp them, they told me off and blocked me.
Please do not give any money to this tourist trap. There are much more friendly and professional hotels or room rentals around La Rioja !

Very dissappointing experience

We booked a room at the Pension Logroño. Before we arrived we got long mails from them about how to check in and how to open the door to the house and the room, because there would be nobody there to welcome us. I have been to self-check in - Hotels before but it was never so complicated. In the end we decided not to go there and loose the money we had already payed.

Très bien pour une nuit à l'Inter saison

Pension très propre. Pas de climatisation. Éviter les chambres côté rue a cause du bar bruyant qui se trouve en bas. Pension pas loin des bars tapas. Patrone sympa. Nous avions une chambre de 4 lits simples confortables.

Despedida

La pension esta muy bien para el precio que tiene y la ubicacion esta muy bien para poder hacer muchas cosas.
Las camas y las intalaciones me an gustado mucho y lo peor que al ser una pension no hay ninguna opcion de comer nada en la pension
