Nice apartment with issues in the air conditioning and home automation.
The apartment was very nice, but unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work for us. They came to fix it several times, but it never worked well.
What a shame.
Beds
Comfortable and firm, with nice decoration.
They were kind, but they did not solve the problem for us…

Disgusting. Think twice before booking.
Until second evening we found a swarm of cockroaches storming the bed in both bedrooms. Killed 3-4. Went to the reception in the middle of the night to complain. Were asked to wait till the morning for the cleaning. Eventually managed to change for a smaller room same night.
I was counting on some sort of compensation/ apology/ consolation but the receptionist has proudly announced we were getting a refund of the price difference and that’s it.
The rooms a far from being clean as well as mattresses.
So think twice before you book here. Unless you love sleeping with cockroaches in your bed.

it was not worth the money we spent. they need to do better cleaning and up-keeping the apartments.
The bad: it appeared nice and fancy when we walked in. However, once we started living in the apartment, problems just kept popping up. We had 2 beds/baths, and only one of the showers worked properly initially. The other one had no cold water. On our 4th day of stay, the working shower stopped giving us hot water. The faucets in both baths didn't work either. We turned the hot water on and water would flow for a couple secs and then would stop. We contacted the front desk, and were told they would let us know if they could move us. We never heard back. The lamp in living room only worked sometimes. The vents were filthy (see photos). The kitchen had dirty dishes in the cabinet. We had to wash their dirty mugs and plates so we could use them. They don't stock any paper towels (we were paying over 500 a night, and they wouldn't give us paper towels??) There were only 2 small garbage bins in the whole unit. There was no full body mirror. There was no detergent for the washing machine. Other than the bathroom situation, those were minor things. However, one would expect attention to details when they claim to be a "luxury" apartment. We left the apartment feeling fully annoyed with the stay, so we would not recommend this place.
