The room was large with a well equipped kitchen. To our surprise, there was a wide range of TV channels, including all the main UK ones. There was also a good-sized balcony.
The apartment is in a quiet location, but all the main sites are in walking distance.
The check-in process was a bit complicated, but the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
We had a problem at the entry barrier to the car park - in the strong sunshine it was impossible to see the numbers on the screen where you had to put in the code. The apartments are seemingly new and this is something the management should address.
One other criticism - there was nowhere to take the waste and no recycling available in the building.

Awesome experience

We went with some friends for 3 days, and the apartments were new and clean. The service from the staff was excellent, and the parking was spacious. They are well located, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, very close to the Roman theater.

Excellent apartment with balcony and enough catering facilities for our stay. On-site parking and easy walk to the centre of Mérida.
The complex is new and super clean and appointed.

A modern apartment block within 10 minutes walk to the Roman Theatre. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had all necessary amenities, was clean, comfortable and recently done. The building has underground parking which we were able to use before check in and then went to explore the town. There is a supermarket in the building next door. Everything was very convenient and we would be happy to return.

Excellent stay

Excellent location, in a very quiet neighborhood, with the advantage of being 650 meters from the Theatre, Amphitheatre and Roman Museum. A 5/6 minute walk just separates the apartment from this center of interest.
It has 100 meters a very good supermarket with everything you need.
I parked the car and for 5 days did not use it. Even the city center (Spain Square) is no more than 1500 meters away
The apartment (T1 in my case) is spacious and the divisions have appropriate dimension and is very comfortable.
The hotel staff is very attentive and attentive.
When I return to Mérida, I will not look for another place to stay. I highly recommend.
