A pleasant and practical address!

Obviously many other comments are not about these apartments but about a hostel with a similar name... this comment is about the hotel located on carrer de la Reina Maria Cristina. The location is ideal, and allows to visit Palma on foot and access to all buses and trains. A small supermarket is right across the street. The 2 bedroom apartment with balcony is nice. Excellent bedding. There is a hair dryer, iron and board, toiletries, paper towels, a dish towel, a small dishwasher with capsules provided, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave grill, some pods for Nespresso. Wifi is an open network. Cleaning was done every other day. Less appreciated points: we were systematically awakened by the noise of the apartment above. The equipment in plates, cutlery and glasses is a bit right, and the pan is used, but nothing wrong with other kitchen utensils. The hood wasn't working. There is no sheet explaining the operation of household appliances, this would have been appreciated. Finally, the use of the machine for Check in is not very convenient. We haven’t figured out how to put in French.

Excellent service. Price quality. Super friendly staff, very willing to help you for excursions, transfer services, very bna room to tour the island. Excellent price. Higiene. Set, atmosphere in gral, quality of guests. I'll be back.
Dew, Sebastian, Santiago, in general, all the staff. Impressive hygiene service system of all facilities

Great place for solo travellers

Stayed in 20 bed mixed dorm, could hardly even tell because the beds are in little pods with curtains, individual lights, and chargers. 3 showers & 2 toilets but never had to wait, however only one of the showers locked. Kitchen was well equipped, common area good and social, staff helpful and helped me book some activites. Location 20min walk away from city centre and 5min from big supermarket. Overall great experience.

Horrible customer experience it is not a four star hotel and they lack hospitality.

This is not a four star hotel, it has no front desk and no employees, I made my booking on the website, when I went to their sister property, a hostel on the next street, for no reason whatsoever they told me I was being rude, and said they would not help me with my check in and give me my room. When I had already a reservation made from days if not weeks in advance. They lack customer service, and more importantly they show themselves on the internet as a four star hotel when it should be a two or three star hotel. The Argentinian employees that said I could not have my room nor would they help me with my check in seriously need to study some HOSPITALITY. I studied hospitality myself, travel the world constantly, and this is something I have never seen before. Horrible customer service. Lack of hospitality.

Best hostel I’ve ever been to!

Best hostel I’ve ever been to! The rooms were amazing and all the public areas aswell. There were alot of solo travellers and it was really easy to meet people here, especially on the rooftoppool. The staff was super nice and helpful. 100% recommend going here!
