We stayed on Las Pitas for three days. We had great time. I really recomended and will be back. We didnt pay a lot for room but we have everything from Maine hotel. Breakfast was like a feast. I never experience suche a good brakfast. All Staff great. No waiting and people around very polite. I recomend for families as there is a lot to do for kids.

Very far and very little cleaning

We arrive today the reception very far you have to climb stairs and a small slope 4 months pregnant, when we arrive we find dirty the bathroom, hairs on the floor paper ......../the wardrobe with a door, leaves much to be desired

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Tomamos nota de sus comentarios sobre la limpieza para revisarlo con nuestro equipo de pisos, ya que no corresponde con nuestros estándares habituales.
Con respecto al armario, efectivamente, el diseño original cuenta con una sola puerta corredera.
Esperamos que el resto de su estancia haya sido más agradable y que pueda darnos otra oportunidad en el futuro para mejorar su impresión.

Apartment had view over gardens and balcony faces west so you get the afternoon and evening sun. Quiet at night but still close to main hotel, restaurants, shops and beach. On main bus route so easy to catch bus to Las Palmas or Mogan and also to the airport. Second time we have stayed at this resort, easy walks along beach front and not too crowded.

Beach was horrible. Not easy to access. Water dark and very wavy. Staff were nice. Rooms clean but run down. Food was awful and always cold. Desserts always the same and tasteless. Tourists were very rude. Many safety concerns noticed. Tripped on some thing in the ground that wasn’t marked. Lighting poor. Many stairs for ppl who are disabled or with babies. Shower leaked. Door lock jammed. No accommodations for late check out. Spa was great but you have to pay extra. Water could have been warmer. Many screaming kids in the adult eating area. Pool and dining room no where to sit. The waiters take your food before you’re done. I would never stay here again.

Great value for money. Large room, all the essentials needed. Beautiful scenery and a great laid back vibe.
