Some noise but we'd come back
The hotel is phenomenal both for functionality and location; we came to spend the weekend to see the famous Christmas lights and were a walk from the main streets and avenues.
With great views of the harbour and the bay. And a few meters from the compostela square.
We arrived early for our flight and at 10:45h they had the room ready, a detail that is appreciated.
The breakfast buffet is fine in variety but a little fussy and disorganized; on Saturday there was only 1 person in the service and Santi had to come from reception to lend a hand. Uncollected tables, waiting guests, and then unreplenished food that they kindly took out as they could. You should take care of this, it's a 4* hotel
On Sunday already with 2 employees things improved but the filter coffee ends and they do not replenish it or the hot dishes are cold despite resting on hot plates, we did not understand anything. Still quite a variety, the lounge where it is served is super comfortable and enjoyable.
Our negative point is the exterior soundproofing. Friday night, noise from the harbor, cranes and traffic were leaking. But being honest, neither crowd nor play as we read in so many reviews.
As we say, full Christmas lights. Soundproofing between rooms is good. The problem is the balconies and the front door. Saturday night the port and traffic activity was reduced and we rested much better.
We were on the second floor.

Excellent location
The location is next to the older part of town as well as being adjacent to the historical center, which has grand buildings and attractive parks,
Estefania at the FRONT DESK was super nice with a lot recommendations to do around VIGO .

Bordered with old town. Manny restaurants were nearby. Hotel breakfast was very nice selection

Ideal location
Room (303) Nordic style, table with 2 seats, exterior, TV XXL, open concept wardrobe, super bright (idem bathroom). This one, spacious, bathtub, super powerful dryer, qualitative toiletries (Korres).
Buffet breakfast: large, Nespresso coffee, infusions, vegan and healthy proposals.
Very pro staff.
PS: the meeting room (-1) needs to be consistent with the rest of the hotel (old, lack of maintenance).
