Absolutely amazing
Took my moms on a mom son trip because I owe her everything and this hotel made are experience amazing the staff the hospitality the place was just so good no judgment cuz I’m a quirky human but I’m telling you take a moment to chat with the humans making sure and strive to make your experience perfect cuz it will make your stay memorable remember they are people too not ur servants Remember to talk to the people that are ensuring ur stay is amazing. And remember we are all human and u don’t know or understand what they may be dealing with while still ensuring ur stay. Be back year after year for mom an son trips thank you again

Not up to Oxford Suites standards
I have stayed with my grandsons at this location on many occasions. I was shocked at how understaffed they seemed.
The wait to check in was about 30 minutes in line. I am Handicapped and can't stand for very long. It's a good thing my grandsons stood in line for me and I sat in a chair in the lobby area. Not enough staff to check in guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool! It was a perfect temperature and towels were well stocked.
We went down for breakfast to find the area quite disheveled. Tables were sticky! One person with hair hanging in his face was running breakfast by himself.
Coffee was out. No more orange juice. The glasses were dirty too. The oats were a solid brick. I mean solid!! No bread. Pancake mix was so thick you couldn't get any out to make a waffle. No syrup in the small canister either. Very cold bananas.
The scrambled eggs were good! We had scrambled eggs for breakfast. The bacon was nasty and rubbery.
Finally got some coffee and it was terrible. Very bitter and nasty tasting.
For over $200 a night I expected better.
We stay here again in a couple weeks. Sure hope they're back to better service then or we will not be coming back here anymore.

Wonderful family stay!
Our stay at Oxford Suites in Pendleton was great!! We met our kids/grandkids there for a quick weekend. Everyone working there was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast options were plentiful.

This is Your Place
The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were superduper clean. I definitely would book there again!

The staff was pleasant. My room was clean. The pool area was nice and the complementary breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
