STAY AWAY!!!!
This establishment is presented as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, the experience lived is very far from the standards that one can expect from an establishment of this category.
Upon our arrival, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes before being taken care of at the reception, which is already unacceptable after a trip.
But the most disappointing thing remains the hygiene, which really leaves something to be desired: dust present in the room, sheets not very clean, and bathrooms in a condition that absolutely does not correspond to a hotel advertised as 4 stars.
Added to this is almost non-existent customer service, with a particularly unpleasant welcome and behavior as well as vocabulary that are absolutely not professional.
We came in the hope of spending a pleasant stay and we were unfortunately very disappointed upon our arrival. For an establishment displaying 4 stars, the level of service, cleanliness, and welcome is clearly insufficient.
I advise against this hotel in view of my experience and I sincerely hope that this review will allow the management to become aware of the numerous problems to correct.
