We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes.
Several reviews were critical of the wifi service in the guest rooms. We experienced reliable service and were able to stream videos. Also the hotel lives up to its name - it is very clean!

TO AVOID NOT CLEAN

we arrive late in the evening we arrive in the room I put my bottles of water in the fridge and the surprise in the fridge there was a box of musty strawberries green cakes expired 2 bags the fridge. the dirty fridge disgusting the bathroom 1 large towel out we are 2 the dirty yellow and black shower mat in the shower there was shower gel and schampoes that guests had before forgotten toilet paper I had to go down again to ask for the room not clean at all dirty I reported it to the manager nothing answer finally I wonder how this hotel function we pay dirt finally we will not go back I recommend it not to you

To avoid

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The room we had was not even equipped with air conditioning, which is difficult to accept. Worse still, after each pass of the housekeeper, the windows were left open, guaranteeing us mosquito-infested nights.
The service reflects the rest: inconsistent and unpleasant. One afternoon around 4pm, we simply ask for a coffee (charge). An employee confirms that this is possible. Once settled, we are finally asked to leave the premises, without embarrassment, under the pretext that our formula includes only breakfast and that the restaurant is “closed”. An approximate organization, to say the least.
Same observation at breakfast, which is extremely limited in passage (bread and dry cakes). One day, a waiter tells us that small bottles of orange juice are free. The next day, for exactly the same situation, another employee waits for us at the exit to tell us that they are paying. We go from “it’s offered” to “you have to pay” overnight, without any explanation.
As time goes on, we end up wondering whether we are a client or a suspect.
The welcome, for its part, is non-existent: hardly a look, and rarely a response to a simple “hello”.
Finally, special mention for the “spacious underground parking” advertised on the site: in reality, a small garage with four cramped spaces. For my part, I had to get out of my vehicle on the passenger side, for lack of room to open the driver’s door.
For the price paid, the service is far from up to the standard. Between unprofessionalism, misleading information and casual service, this establishment clearly does not deserve its claims. Don't.
