Nice hotel, great breakfast
Our room was comfortable with decent amenities. The bathroom was quite modern and the breakfast was very tasty.
The hostess was very pleasant and went the extra mile buying our young child some colour pencils and a book.
The only downside is it's next to a road so a bit of noise frm the road but not too bad.
I'd recommend this hotel.

Unprofessional and uncomfortable
This was the furthest thing from a Nirvana experience!
I only booked this place because I didn’t have any other options. I do not recommend it especially for single girls.
There was no front desk, so I had to walk around the property looking for someone who looked like they worked there in order to check in. The staff were not friendly or welcoming. Other men on the property (I don’t know if they were guests or staff) were staring at my friend and I. When I asked them in Armenian why they were staring at us they just laughed at me.
The rooms were spacious smelled bad and the beds were very uncomfortable - I woke up feeling sore. There was also a bad smell coming from the drain in the shower.
When I asked about the sauna they said it costed 13,000 AMD - a very unreasonable price.
The hotel is situated right beside a busy highway.

The one redeeming factor was that we ate our breakfast in the seating areas in the back of the building in some nature.
It was definitely not worth the 20,000 AMD that I paid. It should have been 10,000 AMD max.
I will for sure not being coming back again and will tell others to avoid staying there at all costs.

This is the opposite of being polite!!!
We arrived at Nirvana hotel after travelling through Georgia and Armenia and everywhere we travelled, there has been no problems or insecurities and we have only felt warmly Welcome except at Hotel Nirvana...
At the start it seemed OK if you compare the rooms with the Price we payed. When we came back later on the afternoon, the manager or woman in charge of the hotel, told us that we had to pay a lot of money even though we already payed everything through hotels.com. It was All a setup scam , and the guy who forced us to pay Money kept on changing the reason why we should pay the money. We refused to pay the money and the staff at the hotel seemed quite unsatisfied with the result of their scam.
We tried to ignore and forget about This quite uncomfortable situation at the hotel so we decided to go down to the pool-area. When we Got there, there were a lot of guests at the pool but when we tried to go in there, the pool manager Yelled at us and Shut the door right in front of us so we couldnt get in. She seemed very angry and not polite at All. I have never experienced such rudeness in all of Armenia or never at any other hotel in the world. She even took our youngest child (15 years old, who were Very excited to swim in the pool) and she stood in the way and refused to let him in because she Said the pool was closed (even though there were Plenty of other people). Maybe This was our “punishment” for not believing their scam...
I have never in my whole life experienced something like This. I really wouldt recommend This hotel to anyone who are enjoying their vacation in Armenia because This stay, even if Its only one Night, will ruin the rest of the vacation (and dissapoint your children if they are exited for the pool). We slept awfully in the beds and the next morning we left in a hurry because we didnt want to discuss with the hotel manager about the breakfast they wouldnt serve us. As we left, a lot of shady guys stood by the parring lot and Stared at us with a really threatning attitude.

Мы посмотрели цены на букинге, стоимость номера с собственной ванной комнатой была 9500. Мы не стали бронироваться, а решили посмотреть несколько отклей и выбрать на месте. Когда мы приехали, нам озвучили цену в 15000драм. Мы показали цены на букинге и в итоге сторговались на 10000.
Нам пообещали, что будет тепло (в номерах якобы тёплые полы). Мы ждали весь вечер, но в итоге попросили обогреватель. Полы так и остались холодными.
В номере было чисто, просторно, даже шкаф был)
Завтрак скудный:одно яйцо, одна сосиска, хлеб, сыр и масло, варенье.
Шумоизлляция не очень, мы слышали соседей сверху.
И уже чисто субъективное ощущение, персонал не дружелюбно настроен. Когда произошла авария, во всем Дилижане отключили воду. Нам дали только одну пятилитровую бутылку на двоих, позже пришлось за второй ходить.
