Affordable accessible location
Has all facilities - cooking facilities, laundry facilities including dryer; has microwave, fridge, sofa, dining table, window
Huge apartment, I sometimes get a two-bedroom one
peaceful abode, in my experience so far
affordable for the facilities it offers
The only issue is the slow lift
