Amazing staff

Mantra Trilogy is a great place to stay with excellent views and amenities. Very clean and tidy. A perfect central location with fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Santiago is by far the best customer service representative i have ever encounted and he went above and beyond to ensure we had one of the most memorable stays. Will definetly be staying again soon. Thank you Santi for everything

The hotel was run down, dirty and horrible. Broken tiles and furniture in the room. No housekeeping the entire time I stayed. Really bad smell just outside my room and in the corridoor. Worse than backpackers but really expensive

Over $600 a night for adjoining connected rooms to enable 2x adults and 2x children is very expensive. Lobby, lifts and corridors had unpleasant cleaning smells. Rooms include dehumidifiers with water collection reservoir with clear instruction not to touch... but they need to be emptied daily. The pool looked pretty unappealing.

Definitely book here again

Staying here 3 nights . First 2 have been great
Room clean
Very close to the esplanade
Nice big pool
Walking distance to everything
Friendly staff

Citra and Team were Amazing

Exceptional hospitality! Ingrid, Pim and especially Citra made us feel genuinely welcome. Citra went above and beyond with local advice, tour bookings and thoughtful touches. We felt truly cared for. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.
