Great experience

Staff were excellent and very accommodating
Accommodation was clean and well kept
Location was ideal and close to the supermarket
View from all rooms was great overlooking the bay

Exceeded our expectations

The apartment was our temporary home for 4 months whilst our home was having rectification work.
It was a home away from home, with the added bonus of friendly helpful staff and lots of smiles during our stay.
We are so grateful to all who made our stay comfortable.

Parking nightmares

Parking is never available, expect to walk or pay $50 per night, rooms and staff are excellent, this was my 3rd stay, as ideal location for me, won’t be booking here again, just because parking is never available

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again.
We are thrilled that you find our staff and rooms to be excellent and that you have returned three times!
We certainly understand your frustration regarding the parking, particularly as this was not your first time.
On this occasion, your reservation was made on the same day as your arrival, and unfortunately, our limited parking allocation had already sold out by the time the reservation was made. As our parking is limited, we are unable to guarantee a space for every reservation.
As your booking was made through a third-party provider, we were only able to contact you through the contact details and messaging system provided to us via Expedia. Our Front Office team attempted to contact you on two separate occasions prior to your arrival to advise that parking was unavailable, however, we did not receive a response.
We appreciate that having to find alternative parking, particularly at the shopping centre at a cost of $50 per night, was inconvenient. We do recommend that guests who require parking contact us directly prior to arrival so that we can confirm availability and, where possible, reserve a space for them.
Thank you again for your continued support of Quest Woolooware Bay, and we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.

Great Accomodation

Accessible room spacious and easy to move around. Bathroom good but in our experience the position of the hand rails could be improved. Close to all services. Staff very friendly, warm and accommodating.
A very comfortable and pleasing stay.

Dear Beverly, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are excited that our location is only going to get better with the opening of the leagues club in September. Multiple dining and entertainment options right next door to reception. We also worked closely with Accessible accommodation Australia who helped design and review our accessible rooms. We are certified hotel with them and the organisation posted a video review on their website allowing everyone to see that QWB is accessible friendly. Regards Jim and team QWB

Not what I was expecting.

The room is beautiful and boasts a full view of the stadium however it fails to reveal that the balcony is mostly facing in an opposite direction and that only 1 person at a time can truly view the field from the balcony. Other members must use a nearby window behind a lounge? Room boasts to hold up to 5 people I believe and while that’s technically true, if your purpose is to watch the game from the balcony, that is to stand there amongst your friends and family together, you are sorely mistaken, just as I was.

Dear Billy,
As per our website we ask all guests to call ahead if they want a specific view. Our beautiful hotel has elevated golf course views, bay views and stadium views. We have many rooms with views from balconies that can hold at least 10 people or rooms with floor to ceiling windows also of stadium view. Thanks for leaving a review. Jim
