Good inexpensive place to stay in Darwin. Basic amenities and clean. Close to CDU campus and Woolies.

Average at best
Very average hotel for the price you pay. Only good thing is location, otherwise the room is noisey and bright. Reception never seemed to be manned.

Overall Excellent Accommodation 10/10 will always stay again
Excellent people, hospitality by the Mangers were very respectful and helpful, couldn't do enough for us, looked after us very well.
The rooms have been refurbished, so there lovely and clean. Clean linen for the Bathroon were given each day.
Eateries are very close to the Heritage, walking distance to the CBD only 10 minutes.
Enjoyed our stay Excellent and will always stay again.

Okay
Sadly, the only window in my room looked straight into a walkway, without any way to have both light and privacy. The room has been refurbished however the bed has no power points close at hand.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Booked during the Darwin festival, accommodation hard to find.
In our 5 day stay we had to reset our key-card, twice. Bed and ensuite were fine.
A distinct lack of other furniture, even though the room was of a good size. . There was one table and one chair.
I use a C-PAP machine and there were no side tables near the bed. I had to use the only chair to put my machine on to get to sleep that night. The next day thanks to house cleaning two side tables arrived.
Clothes storage was hangers only, no cupboards with draws.
The TV was useless, no free to air to watch the footy. Even the aerial wasn't connected. I could find no-one who knew how to make it work.
Overall disappointed especially at $220 per night. After doing the Kakadu , Katherine and Litchfield loop we booked another hotel on our return to Darwin
