Wonderful Bella Vista
This was our first experience with a B&B and owners John & Judy have certainly set the bar high!
The courtyard is beautiful coupled with the absolute waterfront views from the front veranda. Our room was beautifully furnished with the king sized bed very comfortable. John & Judi were so welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely return to Belle Vista for hopefully longer than the two nights we stayed. Highly recommended!!

A little gem!
Bella Vista is a hidden gem, in the middle of Merimbula! Judy and John are fantastic, they accommodated any request we had, and were just lovely to chat to. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the deck is spectacular, and the gardens of the B&B are like a paradise. We were extremely happy with everything, and will most definitely return!

Bella Casa!
You pull up to some gates on a fairly average looking street but when you walk through the archway-door, it takes your breath away! The entrance is a pretty Italian themed courtyard and off it are two "5-star hotel quality rooms." Very roomy, airy, light, well ventilated, adequate shower room, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making stuff, mini fridge, (corkscrew (v important!), wine glasses, super-comfy King size bed, fly nets to keep the little blighters out and a door onto the rear garden and patio which is right on the waters-edge - truly magical at sunrise and sunset especially. The freshly cooked breakfast is one of the most generous breakfasts we've ever had, and we travel a lot! This B&B is an absolute gem and Judy and John are so warm and welcoming. Look no further! This is it!

Welcoming, Spacious , Comfortable
Judy and John were accommodating and helpful; they provided an early check-in and useful restaurant info. The room was large and pleasant. Bells Vista is on the lakefront so there were great views. There is a pretty and private courtyard . Bella Vista is very quiet and secure yet only a short walk from the centre. Judy's breakfast was delicious . We recommend this charming B&B.

Room with a View
This B&B was recommended to us by friends who have owned a B&B themselves. The accommodation and location was absolutely delightful. Breakfast was a real treat, especially on the second morning and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and so was the bed. No trouble sleeping here. There is a lovely view from the bedroom through a screen door to the ocean. We kept this open but locked at night as it was warm and balmy and woke to the sound of the sea next morning. Lovely! Bella Vista is very close to local amenities - you can walk into the township and local restaurants. There is a good selection of restaurants and cafes to suit all pockets. Judy and John our hosts were very nice and were very interesting to chat too. We read the comments by a previous guest about the coffee pods however, I am sure if the guest had asked for more coffee Judy and John would have been very happy to top their supplies up. We found no problem with the storage as there was a wardrobe and a storage unit next to it with shelves in it plus bedside tables with drawers. There were also empty drawers in the bathroom that were available to use. We found it more than enough for a two night stay. The only thing we would recommend to Judy and John is to have some information on local tourist attractions in a folder in the rooms so guests can take a look at their leisure. Also not everyone is internet savvy. That was all that was missing really. We were okay as we knew our way around, but others may not be. I would highly recommend this B&B as a great place to stay that is central to everything.
