Great Holiday location

We had a lovely family holiday overlooking the Noosa river. Apartment was spacious and clean. Great location. Close to everything. We even received a Christmas cake from the managers on Christmas Eve. Will come again

Avoid at all costs - old poorly maintained- very unprofessional and rude manager

Very poor quality and extremely rude female manager (Jan). We had to clean the apartment when we got there, bathrooms and balcony were filthy. The outside bins were full and had a lot of maggots in them and the smell would come into the bed rooms. Terrible broken equipment, chair was broken, ice trays broken, dishwasher broke and was unusable for 2 days, wifi was off for 3 days, management said we would have to fix it ourselves. Single aircon that did not cool bed rooms so very hot at night. Crappy over chlorinated pebblecrete pool, supposed to be heated but not really. Manager let herself into the unit whenever she wanted and tried to charge us extra for cleaning which we will dispute with Visa. Nothing luxury about this place, go somewhere else unless you want to overpay for an old, poorly maintained unit with terrible managers.

Excellent Choice

We recently stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with lovely Noosa River views. The apartment was very spacious, clean and everything you could ask for. A good layout of the apartment. The river was just across the road with plenty of boat, paddle board hire places. We hired a pontoon for 4 hours, so much fun. Plenty of restaurants around if needed. Swimming pool was lovely, not cold at all.
Jan, the Manager was so helpful and always very friendly. Lovely lady. Would definitely recommend Como, and would also stay at Como again.

Very comfortable and spacious

4 of us stayed recently and were delighted with the apartment and the whole setting.
It’s very well built, roomy and very comfortable inside. The lift was very handy.
And as some apartments are owner occupier and others holiday rental, it added to the pleasure of the stay. The whole complex is very attractive and well maintained.
Jan looked after us well, although we were unable to access the wifi.
The apartment had good views over Gympie Tce and it was lovely sitting n the balcony reading and watching the activities on the foreshore and river.
Easy access to lots of good cafes and dining and walking along the river is beautiful.
Great location and good comfort.

A good place to stay

I am a little late posting this review. We stayed early Mar for 10 nights and I must say enjoyed our stay very much at Como Noosa. The complex is well located within walking distance of the restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. Directly across the road are the park lands that trail along the Noosa River, which is great for walking or riding a bike and of course fishing. There are also lots of table and BBQs along the foreshore for those who are so inclined. Como Noosa is also a great location to base yourself out of for trips to the lovely townships of the Hinterland, down to Noosa Heads, across the river on the ferry to Noosa North Shore or down the coast line to enjoy the plethera of beautiful beaches. The units themselves are spacious, clean and well maintained by the on site managers and come with secure parking.
