Solo overnight to enjoy the rail trail.

I stayed in one of the cabins as a stage point while cycling on the Great Victorian Rail Trail. It was great. The owners/managers were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. The cabin was in a set of four, but it was very quiet. I nearly missed the birds morning chorus! The facility had a little problem with their broadband connection on the day, and that led to some minor hassles. Easily fixed though. A nice location close to the town, pubs and the rail trail head. Also the Yea area is great for enjoying autumn colours.

Weekend Retreat

e had a great stay at this park! The team were so friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms were spotless — always a big plus.
We did notice some road noise, especially with the Friday afternoon traffic, but the park was more than happy to move us to a quieter spot, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a lovely place to stay with fantastic service.

Ideal Yea accommodation for Couples!

It’s 11 pm and I’m tired. Where is that unique-to-each-guest, six digit code for the Park’s security boom gate?
I promise you that tomorrow morning you’ll wake up to the sounds of kookaburras and white cockatoos and yes, you will see in the trees next to our cabin, the famous
red headed gang-gang cockatoo.
At last, code found, it works, so in our Queen size bed ASAP.
If you’re looking for accommodation in or near Yea, then this Caravan Park could be ideal for your stay which could be overnight, a few nights or a week or more.
The park is conveniently located to the city centre, is safe & secure and has Erin, the friendly and helpful Site Manager.
These cabins have everything we needed: private en suite with shower, fully equipped bathroom, fridge & freezer with an ice cube tray, tea & coffee making facilities with milk, usual cutlery with plates and glasses, a sink, air conditioning, smart TV, microwave and a balcony with table & chairs.
Fresh towels daily and fresh consumables are readily available.
As pensioners we thoroughly recommend this Caravan Park for its 2 person Studio Villas.

Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the peace of our park and managed to spot our 'local celebrities'—the red-headed gang-gang cockatoos and kookaburras.
We certainly understand that 11 pm 'code scramble' feeling! We’re glad the code did its job to keep the park safe and secure, and that you were able to settle into your Queen bed shortly after. It’s also great to hear that Erin made a positive impression; she truly goes above and beyond for our guests.

would give my business elsewhere

Asked about a discount to go up to that area (3 hr drive away) to volunteer with Habitat For Humanity in assisting with bushfire recovery on a Sunday and Monday, and received a flat no. Not even a $10 token discount to show support for the communities affected by the bushfires.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We admire your commitment to volunteering for bushfire recovery, as it is a cause incredibly close to our hearts.
While we couldn’t provide an individual discount at that time, we want to clarify that our park has been deeply involved in supporting the affected communities. We were housing families who lost homes, donating to local raffles and hosting fundraisers like sausage sizzles in the park.
We believe our resources are most impactful when directed toward these direct relief efforts for those who have lost everything. We are sorry if this was disappointing, but we remain dedicated to supporting the recovery in every way we can.
