Very good!

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, very good food ! We were invited there at a wedding - The hall was very nicely decorated, everything perfect !

Great choice, great quality.

My first experience staying in a hotel away from the ski slopes and travelling in each day. Could not have found a better hotel.
The staff are all so helpful. No problem could not be sorted.
The food was always good. Well presented and plentiful.
My room was in the new building. Top floor, large with marvellous bathroom and balcony.
The bar area was a lovely place to have a late drink and chat with other travellers or staff.
Look forward to going back soon.

Surprise in the morning

We felt very comfortable in the hotel at first. We were given a warm welcome and the evening meal was also very good.
Unfortunately, our good impression was spoiled again by the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations. The service was unfriendly and rude.
When I asked "Can I have some more coffee?" I received the unfriendly answer, "That might take a while." .....

Amazing service and mouthwatering food every meal!

My wife and I along with her parents, siblings plus partners and their kids, stayed at the Erlenhof hotel for 5 nights enjoying the most beautiful landscapes country side Austria has to offer .
Franzi and Sabine's friendliness were heartfelt from the very beginning of our stay. The food was excellent, the rooms are wonderful, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. We would definitely recommend the Erlenhof and will be back.

Family Run Hotel - Great place to stay!

I stayed here with a group in December 2020. The staff was professional, friendly, warm, and accommodating. I would definetly stay here again! I've never stayed anywhere where I could drink water from the tap in my bathroom and have it be cool, clean, and delicious!!
