Beautiful B&B

Very nice B&B with super friendly (Dutch) owners. The B&B is located in a quiet location and the ski bus leaves close by in the street; ideal! Also beautiful view of the slopes from the B&B. I will definitely go back here again in the future!

Wonderful stay at Alpenzeit in Flachau

We had a fantastic time at Alpenzeit in Flachau! The hospitable Dutch owners provide a warm welcome, have a personal and committed approach and give fun, valuable tips.
The location is perfect: the bus stops at the door, Flachau center is not far away and Spacejet 1 is nearby. Comfortable room and a catered breakfast with Drenthe sugar bread. The general area is nice to have a drink or play a game in the evening.
Highly recommended! We love to come back!

Cool cancellation

We want to spend our family holiday after Christmas in the “Alpine season”. From the beginning, we found the mail contact to be quite cool and sparse, we know this very differently from other locations in Salzburger Land.
Then came the unplannable for us: Our car was defective, of course on the first Christmas day, the ADAC could do nothing, a workshop was only available so late due to the downstream weekend that we had to cancel the holiday with a heavy heart.
Of course, I called immediately in the “Alpine period”, I was told that in this case only 10% refund was planned, but they would try to rent the apartment elsewhere in order to be able to pay us back a little more if necessary.
After that we didn't hear anything, at my inquiry a good week later I was written that there was no other way to rent, and unfortunately we wouldn't get anything back, we could get the money back from the insurance company.
We can't because we don't have such insurance.
What I do criticise is that, firstly, we were initially offered at least a 10% refund, which we did not want to know about a week later. Moreover, all this may be in line with the Austrian legal regulations (‘up to 100%’). But at least I would have expected a symbolic refund, after all, we did not incur any costs locally.
After this experience we would certainly not book in this house anymore. It's too bad.

Great family villa in close to Flachau!

Great family villa. Very friendly owners and Rico. Always willing to help. Location just 5 minutes from the ski slopes by car or bus. Wellness Spa also just 5 min. Heated room for ski boots and ski's. WiFi only good on the ground floor, but 4G from the mobile works fine. Basement has a great kids playground, Lego, table tennis, Wii, Playstation. Breakfast is simple but every day fresh sandwiches. We had a great stay for 8 days!

Wintersport

Wat is Alpenzeit een heerlijk pension en inmiddels al 3 jaar achter elkaar hebben wij met ons gezin een heerlijke wintersport vakantie gehad , mede door de goede verzorging / en gezelligheid van pension Alpenzeit
