We had a lovely stay!
We had a lovely view, the room was very clean and the breakfast was really great every morning! On Wednesday and Sunday we got cooked eggs with the breakfast. They asked what you wanted to drink and bring you sone fresh coffee. You could pick everything you for breakfast of a table and you could also pick some juices of water if you wanted to drink that too. There was also yoghurt and some cereals to put in the yoghurt.
The room had a bed, couch, table,two chairs, closet, hair dryer, huge mirror and tv (I am sorry if I have forgotten something). On the balcony there were two chairs, a tabble and a rope to put your laundry on. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. The shower was great, really warm water and shower spray was also very good (just like at our home).
We could play some games in their garden en we had a picknick in their garden. Peter and his family are really kind and helpfull!
I would really recommend to stay in their gästehaus!

Good base for skiing, at reasonable price
Kapfing village, where this lodging is located, is a very small and silent spot. There are farmhouses and some Gasthaus'es around, but no restaurants or shops.
For an intensive skiing holiday, the location is quite good. The Zillertal Bahn train stop is only a 200 meters walk away, you can reach Kaltenbach/ Hochzillrttal, Zell am Zillertal and Mayrhofen by a free train. From Zell am Zillertal train station you can continue by a free skibus to Arena, Gerlos and Köningsleiten skiing areas. From Mayrhofen you'll reach Penken area and Hintertux glacier by another skibus.
If you want to enjoy the nearest skiing areas, i.e. Fügen and Hochfügen, the ski bus stop is only 50 meters walk, but the bus goes through Uderns village and it takes 20 minutes to reach the Spieljoch gondola. Instead, walk 150 meters to the opposite direction, and there is another skibus stop; it takes only 5 minutes to Spieljoch.
All in all, for me, Loithaler was a good choice. If you need evening amusement around, then you should choose Zell or Mayrhofen. As I am an ethusiastic ski-and-sleep skier and appreciate a cost effective accommodation with quick and neat connections to mountains, I am very satisfied with Loithalers'.
