Cute cozy hotel close to Schlick2000 skislopes. Great Shuttle service to the slopes, worked flawless. Nice breakfast with both buffet and dishes made to order.

Disappointing

We spent three days here with another couple of friends. The hotel presents many potentials, has an excellent wellness area, is very frequented by families with children (even very small ones), the pool is decent although unfortunately located in the basement; it is windowless, the wellness area one floor below has a couple of saunas (60 and 90 degrees) plus a Turkish bath and is complete with a relaxation area, there are no drinks or tea or fruit except for two carafes of water. As for the room, it seems a bit "dated", there is no minibar, the bathroom is rather small and without a window and equipped with a very noisy extractor fan, the shower is tiny and difficult to enter. The amenities are average, there are no slippers, the bed is fairly comfortable and large. The most painful note concerns the meals, especially dinner, while breakfast is decent (even though the bread is not soft and fresh, it seems defrosted because it is "rubbery"). We were served low-quality dishes with poor preparation at all three dinners: the meat was unpleasant, very tough, and even the traditional wiener schnitzel was embarrassing with a very dark breading, which certainly did not help digestion, just like the "fish and chips" prepared perhaps a few hours earlier because if you do not serve fried food immediately crispy and golden, you might as well throw it away! In short, everything seemed prepared not on the spot but reheated in the microwave one minute before serving at the table! The worst part was when both we and our friends pointed out to the staff the impossibility of eating this dish (the waitress herself acknowledged this aspect!) nothing was done to remedy it, just a simple apology, but nothing alternative was brought to us, not even two slices of cheese with speck! to conclude the dinner which consisted only of a soup, a salad, and a similarly low-quality appetizer. We expected a manager or the chef himself to come and verify the situation, after all, we are in a 4-star hotel! Moreover, it should be emphasized with great disappointment that if dinner ends at 9 PM and we go to the dining room at 8:20 PM, I should find the entire proposed menu available at the buffet, not that we are told it was finished and not replaced! We are sorry because we are not demanding people and the dining staff is kind and caring, but there must really be a big problem in the kitchen and we dare say that the chef should be replaced because he is not capable of preparing simple traditional dishes; moreover, one cannot skimp on quality and quantity, it seems like a basic thing. Another negative note is the cost of drinks: €4.10 for a liter of water (which does not seem sealed) that is probably tap water, and €5.90 for an average beer, truly "exaggerated." You come on vacation to be welcomed and pampered properly, including with food, therefore we have decided that we will not return. Truly disappointing!

Recommended stay, dinner to forget

I stayed one night in this hotel with my boyfriend, we wanted to spend a relaxing day.
The wellness area is simply gorgeous, with a swimming pool and several saunas at different temperatures.
Too bad that the afternoon of relaxation was ruined by a terrible dinner, poor quality food and dishes not suitable for a hotel of this caliber.
Luckily the next morning we made up with a good breakfast buffet with a very varied choice.

Considering the price and the 4 stars classification we would have expected some more attention to detail. Mattresses to be changed, kids games all broken with lost pieces (also, with so many italian guests, games are all in german), kids menu always the same (no proposals with vegetables of smth different than fried stuff and tomato spaghetti - adult menu often not adaptable, with spiced food). Lastly: no possibility to drink tap water at dinner, the cheapest bottle is 4,20€.
Other than that, experience was wonderful, like last year: rooms are perfect, clean, wellness area and swimming pool, kids play area, kind personnel, a nice place to stay.

Too much noise!

We stayed for three nights at the hotel as a couple.
The room was large and spacious and clean, but lacking the mini bar.
Breakfast was good, but lacking typical products of the area.
The hotel, in my opinion, is not recommended for couples who want to spend a few days relaxing, because in the common room during meals and in the wellness area, there was a lot of noise for the many small children.
