dreamlike location and first-class amenities

I was thrilled by the location as soon as I arrived. The view of the surrounding mountains was a highlight every morning. My room was tastefully furnished and offered everything one needs for a relaxing stay. I found the quiet atmosphere and the high quality of all services offered particularly pleasant.

Here you really feel valued as a guest.

What will stay in my memory the most is the warm hospitality. Regardless of whether it was recommendations for excursions, questions about the region, or individual requests – everything was implemented in a friendly and competent manner. The accommodation was modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. You don't experience service like this everywhere these days.

Relaxed family vacation with many possibilities

We spent our summer vacation as a family in Ischgl and were thrilled. The region offers numerous activities for young and old. While we explored the mountains, the children were able to take advantage of many exciting leisure activities. Our accommodation was spacious, very clean, and excellently equipped. It was one of the most relaxing family vacations we have experienced so far.

excellent service and perfect organization

from the first contact to departure, everything was absolutely professional. The booking was straightforward, and I was warmly welcomed on-site. I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the team, which was always available for questions. You can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on guest satisfaction here. I felt welcome from the very first moment.

One of the worst hospitality we've ever experienced!

We unfortunately experienced terrible service from the reception/manager staff.
The best description would be rude, unfriendly and terrible attitude!
The terrible service and hospitality started at chek-in. And got even worse at check-out, to the point that the lady at reception threatened us with calling the police.
They had no intention of being problem solvers, quite the contrary making problems instead.
The location is good, the other staff was okay, the breakfast was likewise also very okay. But all of the good was completely shadowed by the horrible service and hospitality.
Will never be visiting this hotel ever again, and could never recommend it with the current state.
