Lovely owners and staff, good location, great stay.

Excellent place to stay in Ischgl. Friendly staff, nice bar area and very, very clean. Breakfast was always fresh and good quality. Excellent location being a short walk to one of the main lifts.

Book this one!

The Best! Book this now! Located in a quiet but most central part of Ischgl, just a few yards from the main ski lift, the main garage and the ski bus stop! Whether you choose an apartment or room you will not be disappointed. Our newly renovated apartment offered thoughtfully appointed decor and lots of storage space for unpacking. The mini kitchen was a dream. It was the most perfect ski accommodation that we have had in ten years in 20 resorts!

Highway robbery by a rude hotel owner

-excellent location close by ski lifts
-small but functional sauna
-parking is included
-a pleasant welcome by the owners’ son

-the owner is extremely RUDE and unpleasant. The treatment I was receiving on a daily basis was just beyond bad manners - the gentleman was calling me AC/DC (I am a fun of jazz and classic music), was waving his hands at me, snapping at me. I would give 1/5 review if I would review his services only.
-I was charged €190 per night for a VERY SMALL ROOM IN THE BASEMENT
-My friend stayed in my room the last night and I was charged an additional €150 for that - a highway robbery

A hotel in the best quality

Perfectly run hotel, clean, modern, with best breakfast. Taken care of by the family, where the well-being of the guest is the focus. The location is ideal for both cars and public transport. As a mountaineer we were able to store the suitcases in the hotel in the meantime.

Outstanding Austrian Gemütlichkeit!

We went to Austria to ski with no reservations, and fortunately there was a cancellation that allowed us to get a room at the Trisanna. Family run by a husband-wife team. The location is amazing, especially for skiing (access to tunnel for Bahn) and parking center (free pass), and the breakfast was amazing (i.e. you know those eggs with the amazing yolks - with the Austrian Semmell - and the Tyrolian smoked bacon:). we highly recommend Trisanna - especially for skiers like us. Vielen Dank!
