Highly recommended accommodation!
We were here for the first time on ski holiday from 5 to 9 January 2026 and lived in a 2-room apartment with kitchenette and 2 TVs. The hotel is only 5 years old and accordingly in top condition. All the staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and left little to be desired. WiFi was available in all areas. On the roof there is a stone pine and a Finnish sauna.
The valley station can be reached on foot after about 400m. TOP: Here you have a free heated ski depot from the hotel!
Conclusion: A top accommodation in a good location where you feel very comfortable.
Absolute recommendation.

Highly recommended!
We were in the castle for the fourth time in a row in 1990 and not without reason.
The hotel is run by a very nice and personable woman, with heart and attention to detail. The rooms are spaciously designed, thoughtfully designed and all built to a high standard. Solid wooden doors, beautiful wooden floors, great bathrooms and kitchens. And the decoration in the rooms is also right. You can tell someone was thinking about it.
Breakfast is super delicious. We strongly recommend trying the homemade apricot and plum jam. Sausage, cheese, milk and butter from the region. Really delicious!
Ski tickets can be obtained directly from da Hotel and there is also a ski depot from the hotel directly at the lift. We will also go back to the castle in 1990 next year. Absolute recommendation.

Castle 1990. January 2025
The whole hotel is designed with attention to detail. Spacious apartment each room has its own bathroom. Very good and varied breakfast very friendly boss and friendly and attentive staff. Were there for the third time and have already reserved for next year

Great mountain base
Fantastic stay. Everything we needed in the apartment with plenty of space. Lovely sauna and an amazing breakfast. Location is brilliant for exploring the area- we did not use the car at all. Sandrina and her mum are great hosts but a massive thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so good.

The house of superlatives with lots of heart and detail for all senses
The house impresses with its incredible, unique architecture. The smallest details are not only noticeable on the outside, the interior design has also been refined down to the smallest detail. In addition, the "non plus ultra", the princess of the castle, acts with heart and passion, supported by many good souls, and is always there for you. The service, the breakfast, the rooms, some with their own private sauna, the kitchen equipment, the furniture, private covered parking and "last but not least" your own ski locker at the gondola station. You can't ask for more than that!!!! If you don't book it, it's your own fault and you've missed out.
