Beautiful premises

Nice rooms, very well maintained, uncomplicated check in. The nearby expressway can also be heard at night. Breakfast is good, fantastic bread. Bicycles can be accommodated under roof. Parking outside the front door. Would stay there again. Strict Cancellation Policy (wg Flood our train is cancelled u the bike paths were closed), we were not allowed to reschedule or cancel the Booking Referral ☹️.

Maleducati!

Renovated historic building, very nice.
On the ground floor there is a medical clinic while the rooms are on the first floor.
Huge rooms with sky-high ceilings and adequate bathroom.
All renovated and well maintained.
We arrived on a very hot afternoon and the room was an oven (there are velvet drapes everywhere, even on the head of the bed).
I contacted the property asking for a fan but they said they didn't have it and I had to open the window. From the open window came a very hot wind.
I contacted Booking (I had booked with them) asking to help me. After 5 minutes they solved the problem allowing me to cancel the Reservation and receive the money back.
SORE NOTE: I received a message from the property confirming the cancellation of Reservation without charges, to leave the room within an hour and not to book from them anymore. Congratulations on the professionalism!
In the end we went here: Haus Fünf mit 2 Apartments und Studio-Loft mit Terrasse
Highly recommended!!

Pension complète

Pension à Melk à proximité, à pieds, de l'abbaye. Parking gratuit devant et autour. Le bâtiment est composé de plusieurs activités professionnelles dont cette petite pension. Cadre spacieux , propre et rénové récemment. La réception de la chambre est pratique et sans contact. Chambre spacieuse, comme la salle de douche. Ensemble haut de plafond. Petit déjeuner à proximité de la réception en formule buffet , dans un espace agréable contemporain. Spécialités proposées par l'hôte sympathique.
