Top in Saint Vith

Was there on business on a Tuesday. Generally speaking, almost all restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but they tried very hard to find a restaurant for me. It was really great. The room was standard with a balcony, flat screen TV with international channels, comfortable bed and bathroom with shower. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Sufficient free parking and a good breakfast. Very attentive service. The center is less than 10 minutes walk away. Conclusion: I would be happy to come back.

Never again

Owners don't listen to their customers. The own staff even complains about the owner....not being able to eat in the hotel because of a private party of the owners.... while the staff said that if they had known something could be arranged.... physical disability specified when booking....we were given a room where we had to go up 2 flights of stairs......when checking out complaints were passed...we could send an email...via the website this could not...so WhatsApp sent...response: they could not do anything about it....
Worthless so.... never come back here.....

Disastrous experience!

After multiple comings and goings, it was clear that they had a concern for the management of their rooms since one room was blocked and another, was opened on a host who occupied it and ended up on a room that was not suitable at all, kind of discount at the entrance!
When she remarked to them (to the lady who seemed to be the boss), she told me that I was not welcome at their house and that she refused to accommodate me despite having a pre-established program and a formal reservation, guaranteed moreover! Apparently, she couldn't wait for me to disappear!
I am appalled at this, especially since she was not even able to give me a writing confirming that I had come and that she was cancelling the reservation at no cost to me, claiming that she would do it the next day! Something I obviously didn't believe in and didn't do.
This is not only casual professionally, but also very rude and intolerable!
The only positive thing is that I was able to immediately take a hotel, with a much more professional and friendly welcome and, which does not spoil anything, of higher standing! So I finally gained from the change.

Lovely

Lovely place with garden and lake. Flowers everywhere. Dinner on the lakeside terrace. Many antiques and beautiful carpets. Beds were a little too firm. Breakfast is very basic but the soft boiled egg was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful, two sisters and a brother (the cook). Mother is also around .

Super hotel

Great location, great service & personnel. Breakfast and dinner were great as well.
We spent 3 nights in this hotel when we did the Stoneman Arduenna MTB tour. We could store our bikes in the garage and they even let us wash our muddy bikes after our cycling.
If I need to go to the neighbourhood I definitely plan to return to this hotel!
