We arrived at 0845 in the morning and were met immediately and taken to our room. This was a very pleasant surprise since we were just hoping to place our bags in the office and spend the day in town until we could check in. The room and stay were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable with many amenities. Nice courtyard and it was pleasurable to sit outside.

The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. There was a small table that was so wobbly that it couldn’t hold more than a couple of pounds. The bed felt like a boxspring with metal digging into your back all night. After this we went to stay on an island with reef conservation international which is considered to be roughing it. But we found the accommodations better there. This room was just depressing and we almost left and went somewhere else, but we were too tired

Shelly and the rest of the staff are awesome! Always making sure my stay is going as best as it can, and making sure that if there is something I need, it gets done.

Air was great! Perfect location to many eateries, so we did not need to cook.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great location. Like that the room had a full kitchen. Shower is very small, and there were quite a few ants in our room every day.
