Well-being and comfort on the journey
Recently, our family had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel CAITÁ in Morro de São Paulo, and the experience was simply amazing! From the moment of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who showed exceptional service and were always willing to help with our needs.
The facilities of the hotel are excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for families.
The location of the hotel is perfect, providing a stunning view of the sea. You can enjoy the sunset directly from the balcony, creating unforgettable moments in the family. In addition, the proximity to the main attractions and beaches makes everything even more convenient.
We recommend Hotel CAITÁ for families looking for comfort, excellent service and a spectacular view. We will definitely return on our next visit to Morro de São Paulo!

A little disappointing.
The hotel is all new and renovated, perfect location, all the friendly and attentive staff, especially the two lovers of the reception.
However, I would not stay there again for a few reasons:
The outside of the hotel, the reception and even the breakfast area are beautiful, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The double bed is two single beds together, the bed is a little too hard, the pillow is quite thin and we need to order 2 more pillows and 2 blankets, as it is not available in the room. There is no support furniture for luggage, nor cabinet furniture, just a table above the fridge bar, which ended up being used to put the bags and there was no room for anything else. The room does not bring comfort and coziness.
The balcony is beautiful, with a beautiful view, even without any acoustic insulation, does not bother so much.
The acoustic insulation I believe is a problem of the entire building, we were able to hear the conversations, steps and even the sweeping of the wardrobes in the hall and the other floors.
Another big problem we had, which we also believed to be structural, is the smell of sewage that came from the bathroom and invaded the room, I don't know if this is a problem of all the rooms, but the smell was very strong. The bathroom sink dries plenty of water, the shower does not have such a strong pressure, but does not bother.
Breakfast has few options, we did not find it so good, and the last day missed bread, we had to go eat elsewhere.
The hotel has the potential to be very good, but this lack of care with the details, diminishes the quality of the experience, mainly because it is not the cheapest hotels on the island.
However, I would not stay there again for a few reasons:

Excellent!
It was all wonderful! Excellent service, super nice receptionists, breakfast well varied and delicious, including the coffee staff were very attentive, the perfect location! Close to everything and I will definitely be back soon!!

O hotel possui uma localização excelente, praticamente imbatível, com fácil acesso às praias e situado no coração do centrinho. Isso permite aproveitar ao máximo as praias durante o dia e curtir o movimento à noite com total comodidade.
A equipe da recepção merece destaque: extremamente atenciosa, educada e proativa, incluindo também o vigia noturno, sempre solícito e cordial.
Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e bem cuidados, com camas de ótima qualidade, chuveiro excelente e ar-condicionado limpo e funcionando perfeitamente.
O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com destaque especial para os ovos mexidos e a tapioca. Todos os dias os itens foram repostos adequadamente, com boa variedade, sempre frescos e muito bem preparados.
A equipe da recepção merece destaque: extremamente atenciosa, educada e proativa, incluindo também o vigia noturno, sempre solícito e cordial.
Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e bem cuidados, com camas de ótima qualidade, chuveiro excelente e ar-condicionado limpo e funcionando perfeitamente.
O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com destaque especial para os ovos mexidos e a tapioca. Todos os dias os itens foram repostos adequadamente, com boa variedade, sempre frescos e muito bem preparados.
