All great!!!!
Very good service from Hostess Jessica, the excellent house with everything we needed for the rest days! The maids passed by once a day to take the garbage and clean up. The pool with the super pleasant temperature. Nothing to complain about!

Exceptionnel
Exceptionnel. It feels like you're at the end of the world, with almost nothing around. Morro de São Paulo is a 20-minute taxi ride away. Charming little house (AXE) comfortable with private pool and sea view.
However, beware, the sea retreats far at low tide, making swimming difficult.

I booked the house for the September 7th holiday. I like quieter regions on these islands, precisely because I seek peace and tranquility. Morro de São Paulo wasn't my first option because of the excessive 'happening', always loud music, etc. I chose Orixás due to its reputation and previous recommendation, but I had thought about the hotel, as I didn't know the 'residence'.
The photos won us over, and I can guarantee that in person it is even more impactful. The only problem we had on the trip was not looking for a longer holiday that would allow us to stay another day. Jéssica's reception was of unparalleled professionalism, with that touch of personification and welcome that only 'boutique' style developments provide us.
We were 04 adults and 03 children (one in arms). I can guarantee that the host exceeded expectations so that we felt welcomed and were able to find the peace we were looking for. Some inconveniences we had (our fault due to things we forgot or broke along the way) were promptly resolved and were resolved beyond expectations. That professional touch I mentioned about someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to delight their customers.
There are 4 bedrooms, a pool area, rest area, TV room and kitchen. Every day we received a cleaning team of 3 people who did the job excellently. The training provided to everyone really caught the attention (even for those who have already traveled to different countries and stayed in large hotels). I cannot fail to mention the restaurant and bar staff: always smiling, willing to help and explain the dishes and drinks.
The sea is right in front, a region of peace, silence and tranquility, which was what I was looking for. Just to the right we have a scene worthy of semi-virgin beaches like the ones I find in Bainema, with warm and calm water bathing.
It was just what I was looking for on a holiday where I needed to disconnect and forget about the world, but for those who need to work, the internet works very well and you can have your luxury office on one of the beaches that, today, I consider to be one of the best in Morro. from Sao Paulo. For the physical experience (structure and natural location) and the human aspect of service, I would like to thank the entire Orixás Residence team and congratulate Jéssica and the staff who organize and train everyone. We will be back!

Beautiful place, service has a lot to improve.
We stayed at Casa Mainha for 1 week, the place where the house is located has a wonderful view and the rooms are very good. The furniture and utensils in the house's kitchen are very old and require replacement. What had the biggest impact was Jessica's dislike, the person responsible for the Residence's customer service, she responds quickly via WhatsApp but makes no effort to be friendly and in person appears to be very unprepared to deal with people who are there on vacation. At the inn, most of the staff are friendly and attentive, especially the team that serves dinner, at breakfast there were days when some seemed enraged to be there due to such a bad mood. At the reception of the inn the service was lukewarm (perhaps because we were at the house). There were moments when we had the impression that we were bothering the people who were there to serve us, anyway, I believe that in general there is a lot to improve the service and create a good vibe for those who went there on vacation.
