Extraordinary Hotel

Wonderful hotel! All good, cosy room, extraordinary shower, wonderful restaurant, highlighting the pizzas and the shot of acai. The drinks are great, fast enough! It was me and my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary, it is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. I only recommend that you keep exclusive waiters for the beach area, leave the care in the bungalows to be desired.

Great experience!

I loved the days I spent at Mana. I want to highlight, first of all, the care of Marga: a dear, extremely receptive and helpful in the pool care, always with a smile on the face, making all the difference in our stay.
The hotel is stunning, comfortable, very clean and has a lively atmosphere, with DJs in the afternoon, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.
I went with my husband imagining it would be a hotel more for couples, but I was surprised to see many families with young children taking advantage of the space. That made us want to go back, and next time we'll definitely take our kids.

Need to clarify. Restaurant staff top!
Beach/pool staff first 2 days. Videos on cell phone more interesting
After that the 2 guys that start Sunday. Top top
Check in front reception stuff especially the lady that did our check in horrrible.
We requested someone to fix our shower she said they will go there. 5 hours later we walked by front desk asked her did they fix it she said yes we got to the room no one had fix it. To which she said oh. They were busy sorry. then 5 minutes later someone showed up. She forgot. It would be best if she just said I forgot.

New hotel in Cumbuco

The hotel is super new and wonderful, next to the Carmel. Offers a service score 10, all very helpful. The restaurant is excellent! The wonderful drinks. The list of wines only with very high prices.

As a tourism hotel I would expect that the staff speak some English.. however there was only ONE person who works here that speaks English, and she was almost never around. There was a lot of confusion and misinformation due to lack of communication. I understand I’m in a non English speaking country but at a hotel in this scale it’s not acceptable that NO ONE speaks English. It’s not really worth the price seeing how disorganized everything is there. One of the staff members made me cry because he was trying to force me to pay for something I told him that I no longer was interested in. At the end he apologized and I didn’t get charged, but it did ruin my afternoon. I only had dinner once at the hotel since my first meal was really bad. The fish seemed frozen, I didn’t eat any of it yet the still charged me, which I thought was crazy. An upscale establishment should have taken my meal off the bill. I also got sick from one of their shrimp snacks at the pool. There was an alarming amount of red ants in my room. The shower was designed poorly, and I almost slipped and fell at every use. There’s so much wood in the bathroom, which also wasn’t a smart idea because I can see it getting gross real fast. The shower curtain was full of stains. The spa treatment I wanted to get, I was told they didn’t offer it….?? The bed was very comfortable. Stunning views from room. I will say the place is stunning and the beach is beautiful. Very enjoyable to look at the kite surfers!
