Good cost-benefit

The hotel has a good location, close to several tourist and historical sights of the city centre. It stands out for good cleanliness, the nice pool with waterfall and the spacious rooms. However, some furniture items already demonstrate a need for maintenance.
The bathroom is spacious and the shower has a great water pressure, but I missed a hair dryer, which I consider important for greater comfort of the guests.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired in variety. The options are practically the same every day and there is no appreciation of regional cuisine, with the exception of tapioca mingau.
Another point that deserves attention is the absence of at least one 220 V outlet in the rooms. Because Manaus mainly uses the voltage of 127 V, this can make it difficult to use guest appliances from regions where the electricity grid is 220 V.
Overall, I consider the hotel a good option in terms of cost-effectiveness. With some adjustments in the maintenance, breakfast and room infrastructure, the guest experience could be even better.

Bad experience.

The experience was simply terrible. The staff is humorous and rough; shower broken; air conditioning does not work; breakfast is medium; the rooms have few pillows and do not have blankets or drawers, and at night there is no one who can deliver more pillows. The room had no phone, ordered food by i-food and no one warned me even knocking on the door. Old, smelly, noisy and very poorly located, it is "near" the market and the theater but in such a dangerous and dirty environment that it is impossible to walk depending on the time.

Disrespect to the client

Bad hotel! I paid my daily and was prevented from entering the room! Bad customer service! I feel hurt!!! Hotel without crisis management!!!!

A hostel is better.

I do not recommend, I did not like the service and if I had read the negative reviews before, I would not have made the reservation. If you're thinking about saving, go to a hostel but don't stay here.

We had two stays at the hotel. For the first stay, we ended up in rooms with a lot of noise from the A/C units (we had booked two rooms). The two rooms for our second stay were however quiet.
