Rest and nature!

We had a great experience. The hotel is quite spacious, with well ⁇ ined green areas, comfortable rooms and very clean. Breakfast and general service were very strong points! We took pet and child, and we were all very well received. The hotel serves lunch and dinner, excellent and fair price. The location is very good, in front of the central pracinha with several restaurants nearby. We took advantage of the leisure area and took the Umarizeira trail , which has an exit inside the hotel . I recommend the experience.

Oh, bad! Photos of what is paid do not match reality

Upon arrival at the hotel I received a key cut in half and a "turn" to find your room. The laughing reception staff, in tone of irony, told us that we had reserved the worst on the property. I swear! Laugh! You're in the hallway! I said it couldn't be that bad because I had seen the photos before booking. They were right. My room was the worst thing I had on the spot. Dirty, moaning walls with infiltration. Miniature room, no mirror, no space to breathe, store your bags... A trash. When I showed the photos of the reservation they told me that the error was from hoteis.com and that they couldn't do anything. That's it. I contacted hoteis.com and my reservation wasn't for that speluca they were offering me. What did the hotel do? Nothing! Nothing. Absolutely nothing to solve my situation. Me and my husband had an allergic crisis due to the mold caused by infiltration. The bathroom had even soap to wash hands. Dirty room walls. Dumping garbage to feces. Anyway, I think I'm paying to face a "on the limit" style challenge. The hoteis.com even tried to solve: I spent hours with them not line. Nothing advanced. This wonderful staff and "trained" nothing solved the problem. I just have to prosecute because there is no more accommodation available in this city. What saddens me most is paying for something I didn't get and the contempt of the unprepared staff of this place.

Horrible! Horrible!

Oh, bad! Horrible!
A hotel that was reference in accommodation today is in a situation of negligence.
1 On arrival there is no one to show where the rooms are;
2 The hotel feeds to stools, some return of sewage;
3 the hotel accepts animals, but is a danger. There's some dogs there that's a pity, covered in ticks,
4 The luxury bedroom shells make a shame, asked to exchange, but sent the same quality,
5 Breakfast has a lot of things, but nothing serves, has no taste;
6 The attention is awful, only slowness;
7 The shower is not good, and water does not come out.
8 The sheet is only that which covers the bed, plus an edge,
9 I ordered a dessert with cream ice cream, but they brought with strawberry ice cream. They didn't even ask.
10 poorly cared hotel,
Positive point: the lunch is delicious.
