Best animation, and even nicer the animation staff (Tillya)

The animation is really amazing, like outstanding and kudos to the only animator there, that young and cheerful girl named Tillya, really a humble and a hardworking one! I'm impressed beyond explanation! I really like the work, and even the humble behavior of Tillya, the way she treats the kids there is also appreciable. Please give her a raise is say!

Hotel Elitsa

The hotel is a bit old. It wasn't not cleaned well and the rooms weren't renovated. The restaurant was very stuffy and not pleasant to eat. The food was not very nice and the same. The receptionists were very polite. The animation was unique. Many thanks to the animators and for their hard work to make us happy. Every day we had different games and fun experiences. Many thanks to the animator Tillya for her help and she always entertained us during our stay. My little sister really liked the animation!

Animators

The animators are really good evening the best 10/10 recommend them they are such open and funny they talk with people and are great friends for the even future Tillya is the best and really easy to talk and relate to giver rise she deserves it a lot and talks to us and makes us feel includeded

WE ARE OVER WITH ALBENA!!!!!!!

I won't be wrong to say that was our last holiday in the Albena Resort. I've been here since I was a child and it was always place of high standards and quality. I was happy to bring my children to a place where I was grown but that's not the case any more. In the last few years the resort lost its identity and despite some improvements I feel disappointed ,my expectations - let down.
The hotel so let down,the food simply inedible, the rooms horrible.
My little girl got electric shock from a screw in the plug and when we went to report it to the management they treat us with such disrespect, the man tried to tell me that I lie about it. Then he came to see with his own eyes and calm down. The question is why at first place they are not nice, Why they have to attack you for telling them that place is falling apart?!?!??
Then the shower drop on my shoulder and hurt me,they tapped it. that's the solution.
The insect net on the balcony door was ripped apart,you could go through it. That was not hotel,that was parody of accommodation.
The food was so bad,we ended up eating salad for lunch and dinner and fresh fruit. We have never had such a bland and tasteless meals on our holidays. The snacks between meals always finished in the first 15 min.The ice cream used to be scooped from boxes but they decided to change it with much cheaper solution, so now it's from machine. And you are not allowed to do your own,someone has to serve you.
The beach used to be clean every night,no more. It's full of cigarettes fags. The pool bar is out of order,simply too old and might be collapse in the pool, God know?!
Not surprised at all,they don't pay to staff that's why all of them are rude and miserable. I heard the young people saying how much they hate that job and this is because they are underpaid. The animation team was looking so pity ,the guy was literary wanted to die rather than doing his job.
No body wants to work for them because they don't pay. Now they hiring Ukrainians,Philippines and all kind of nationalities just to pay less. It's time to end up the support for this robbers!!! We are officially boycotting them!!!
Such a bad accommodation,for the first time we were happy that the holiday is over and we're going back home.
All in all if you read this review and you see the price cheaper, think twice before you book. If it's too good to be true,something is seriously wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!

Hotel Elitsa i give you 2 stars

The hotel 3 stars,but i give 2 star.All inclusiv,the food good,the roms clean, the bathroom with tiles about 30 year ago.The parking very expensive.I park the car in the blue zone ,10 leva ,price ok.The parking with no security men.In weekend the paymachine said 20 leva,the price for green zone nearby the hotel.I pay but the price is very expensive10 eurofor a day.In weekend you must park nearby the hotel,for the same price. I give the Elitsa hotel 6 .
