Wonderful place in the Rhodope Mountain near Dospat Dam. The hotel is good for unpretentious clients. The restaurant can offer good food for more people on request. A nice setting, but you may wish more. There is a chance to eat fresh trout. You can dance.

You get what you pay for

We stayed here for one night while traveling through. Although the exterior and hallway would suggest differently, the rooms were dated and really basic. Rooms were relatively noisy, but good enough for a night of sleep.

Nice place, average hotel

to be a double, the room is tiny, the carpet is "vintage", bathroom is a miniature. if you want to dine at the hotel - you have to, no choice - a great deal of patience is required, because the wait is long, even if you call and book first. and the food is not great.

Not recommended

I had visited the venue for a business meeting with more than 50 ppl.
I was really disappointed with lack of management of this hotel and restaurant. We were forced to wait more than one hour a waiter to come to take our order and at the end of the day we made our order personally, wrote it on a napkin and took it to the manager of the restaurant. After that waited almost another hour and a half someone to bring the food.
In my opinion this place is suffering of lack of management, attitude and service.
Definitely I will never visit it again nor recommended it to anybody!!!

Good location but missing personnel

Very nice location but the staff was not there all the time so there were difficulties to have the room and also during our stay to have any support. Didn't check the restaurant as the staff was missing again.
