We rented a spot for a girls weekend. It was the perfect spot for us. We had the pool and the hot tub to enjoy. It was big enough for us.
We would definitely come back!! ☺️

I very rarely leave reviews unless an experience is exceptionally good or bad, but I genuinely feel future guests should know what they may be booking.
We paid approximately C$1,000 (£600) for two nights for a girls’ weekend, with two rooms. I was shocked by the standard of cleanliness. There were hundreds of small bugs on the ceiling, two cockroaches, dirty dishes and a thick layer of grease inside my sister’s oven. The rooms and kitchens simply did not appear to have been properly cleaned.
Worst of all was the hot tub. It had a thick grey film/residue around the inside and looked extremely unhygienic. We complained and were repeatedly told it would be dealt with. Someone eventually attended to it, but it still looked dirty afterwards. We were told it is cleaned twice daily, which was very difficult to reconcile with its condition.
The shower head was broken, BBQ utensils were inadequate, the coffee tasted extremely stale, and the paper-thin walls meant hearing shouting throughout the night.
We also spoke to other guests who were surprised by what they had booked. One group said their Airbnb listing had led them to believe they had booked a private home and they hadn’t realised the hot tub would be shared.
The hosts were responsive by text, but seemed more concerned about a negative review than actually resolving the issues.
At C$1,000 for two nights, we weren’t expecting luxury .. just basic cleanliness and functioning facilities. Sadly, I cannot recommend it.

My partner, dog and I loved our stay! Beautiful spot, lovely drive from London, and incredible home. We even chatted about how nice it would be to live here, that’s how comfortable it is. This place was an incredible stay, cozy bed, loads of amenities, and the perfect way to get away from the city. We loved that Logan accommodated our pup vimy, at a very low fee. All three of us got to get away and enjoy a wonderful stay. Beautiful kitchen, nice bathroom, cozy beds. I’ll be sure to return for my partners birthday. I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Great little motel
We needed a room as our reservation elsewhere fell through. We were driving along when we saw this motel. The owner Annette set us up in I think it was room 2 or 3. We were really happy with the room so we booked a second night knowing we would have to move in the morning as our room was booked already. We had a swim in their pool which was clean and refreshing. Second day we stayed in room 5. Annette was helpful and accommodating going above and beyond for us. They (Annette and her husband) take pride in their little updated motel and it shows!
All rooms have kitchens fully stocked, such comfortable beds!! Om my gosh! Amazing! The bathrooms have great showers. They each have living spaces with wifi and satellite TVs. Each unit also has chairs outside and its own yard space out in front of the units as well as BBQs. Unit 5 has patio doors facing the back of the motel looking at the pool area with its own large private deck.
Bottom line? We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Very friendly owners, clean accommodation
We were put in the lovely suite at the back overlooking the pool. Very spacious deck with a bbq. Comfy bed and nice big shower. Great to have everything needed for coffee and a nice working fridge and freezer. We forgot our towels overnight on the deck and they got soaked from an unexpected rainfall. Annette kindly dried them for us in her dryer. HIghly recommend for a friendly, relaxing stay in the Bayfield area.
