Perfect stay for exploring Gros Morne

We had the BEST stay at Seaside Suites during our visit to Woody Point while exploring Gros Morne National Park area. The accommodations were perfection. My husband & I had the Tablelands Suite and our two boys were across the way in the Sand Dollar Suite. Both suites were exceptional. The boy’s suite was recently renovated and well appointed. It was great to have a washer & dryer to use in their suite. Ours was also lovely, but the main show stopper of ours was THE VIEW!!!! We were right over the water with spectacular views from every angle, of both water and the Tablelands. We will DEFINITELY be back. We loved Woody Point, such a great seaside town with shops and restaurants walkable. Having the Dairy Bar/Deli at the suites was terrific too. We got food there a few times & grabbed sandwiches to go on the day we checked out. The added bonus of having an included continental breakfast delivered to our door (late afternoon), to have ready to enjoy the next morning was a convenient way to jumpstart our day. Each suite had a keurig and K-cup variety, kettle, and all the dishes etc…you will need for your stay. Staff were amazing & very friendly and helpful. I cannot think of a better place to stay, or a more ideal spot to be located, for exploring Gros Morne. We will be back for sure! We spent 16 days exploring varied regions of Newfoundland and this part of our vacation was definitely my favourite.

Everything was great. Very clean. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was so helpful especially since we were on the back end of our trip. Very spacious and comfortable.

Yes please!

Ok now THIS was a memorable stay! Gorgeous room, super funny host (Sheila) and a quaint little town. We loved it. It's just a very Newfie town!
The motel makes great sandwiches and soups, so take advantage.
Lots of hiking nearby.

Our favourite place to stay in Woody Point

We returned to Seaside Suites for our third time. We stayed in the Gros Morne room - lovely! The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I took advantage of the beautiful claw foot tub and enjoyed a couple of bubble baths after hiking. Heavenly! You can’t beat the view and there is easy access to a lot trails and restaurants. The staff, Rachel, Shelia and Sherri are all very friendly.

Awesome experience!!

First time in Newfoundland and our first stop was in the Seaside suites. A great place to “set camp” and from there access many park attractions. The hostess (Rachel) was really helpful, on time, and gave us a warm welcome. The bathroom, kitchennette, bed and family room were perfect for us, clean and cozy. Totally recommended!!
