Awesome!

The apartment is only a block away from a metro station and is close to many bars and restaurants. There are a couple of supermarkets in the area too. The apartment itself was great, with two big rooms but only one bathroom. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago, for its proximity to many attractions ( you can walk to Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral) and for the attention given by the manager Orlando - who was extremely kind and ready to help us with anything we needed.

Poor service, unsafe facilities, poor cleaning, spiders, and electrical problems

Lousy experience, I had stayed there before a couple of times, and this has been the worst of all, I went with my son and my partner and it did not work even the microwave, nor the kettle nisiquera the light of the kitchen, there were spiders in the beds and the bathroom, besides burns of cigars with ash remains in the beds, we left sweep and dust came out that it was noticeable that they did not clean weeks ago, the balcony not to mention the amount of dirt, the mini refrigerator that had been all peeled and rusty so it gave the current twice to my son and me and my partner not to talk the amount of times that gave us the current, says have wifi and they did not give us even the key, the raised floors and to finish you do a card check where you corroborate the card and that IS NOT discounted from the total, lousy service

DISGUSTING AND DON'T GIVE A TICKET

Horrible service. Of the three nights I was going to book, I ended up staying only one. Disgusting, dirty apartment, dirty dishes, terrible service. Furthermore, THEY DO NOT GIVE A TICKET. They are scammers and evade taxes. I'm bothering to file a complaint. To top it off, when I call to reach an agreement they blatantly cut my call.

Stay away- dirty and not as advertised!

I booked this for one night only thru Booking.com. I just need a place to leave my luggage for a few hours and take a shower before leaving Santiago. First problem is the location- you have to go a few blocks away to a coffee shop to meet the “owner”, go to another building to get the key, then go finally to this address. The door lock was flimsy. There was no safe. Towels were dingy and ragged. Crumbs on the kitchen counter. Filthy light fixtures. Shower head broken. I could go on but you get it by now. Oh- and the WiFi didn’t work either. I was only there for 3 hours. Lastly, I was charged more than the confirmed amount. Don’t book this!! There are much much nicer Airbnb’s in the same neighborhood.

Rude host, poor service!

Booked this apartment with a friend as it was convenient, however after receiving such poor service from the rude host I definitely regret it!
We were made to wait ages to check-in, then told by the host that it was just the "Chilean way to say one minute but to take ages". Then he went on to say we didn't have to stay here if we weren't willing to wait.
Apartment was very basic and not as clean as shown in the photos.
Worth paying a few pounds more and enjoying your stay elsewhere!!
