Excellent service, a very comfortable hotel, good location and a wonderful terrace restaurant

Everyone's attention is impeccable, always ready to help. The atmosphere is very good, the rooms very comfortable, you can tell the dedication of the owners.

The art of disappointing in style

There are experiences that one does not forget... not for good, precisely.
Tea served in a cup with hair, lemonade with water and lemon drops, hard cookies and a menu so reduced that it did not even include meat. All accompanied by a slow, almost contemplative service.
Honestly, it's more sensible to go to McDonald's and order tea.
Elegant, no. Memorable, either. But yes... consistent in their disaster.

A bad experience

We went to family dinner on February 14, 2026 and the experience was very bad. We stayed more than 3 hours and the attention was terrible. We never got even a piece of bread. The Garzon appeared once and disappeared for half an hour. You asked him for something and he forgot and he didn't wear it, then he apologized and didn't come back in half an hour. Apparently the kitchen was collapsed, and those were menus where you knew in advance what you were going to eat. The worst part is that when the bottom arrives, they arrive frozen, as if they had been waiting a long time outside, before taking them to the table. All very slow and the amount of customer complaints was very large.
Well, I hope they can fix problems like these, since the number of people to serve was not very large, compared to other restaurants and they bring from training their garzones, so they learn not to leave customers blown away.

Nice concept, can be improved

The surroundings are quite quiet during the day, during the night it is more lively, especially if there is a game in the nearby stadium. The rooms are small but functional, with air conditioning and a different verse of different famous poets in each room. We had a mishap related to the blind of the room, when they could not fix it they moved us to another bedroom. Attention to detail is something they can improve, for example, the towels had holes of no smaller size and cleaning could be optimized.
What I liked are the vats on the top floor, with a wonderful view of the surroundings and the entire bay. If it is important to note that privacy is limited because there is a vat next door that looks everything. I was very excited to try the restaurant, which was closed. Breakfast is frugal, with little variety, but on the same level as the vats with an exceptional view.
They have paid parking, but still on the street there is enough space to park, and the area quite quiet so we took advantage of that option.

Excellent option in Valparaiso

Excellent hotel, cute, amazing attention and very concerned always, with excellent view and exquisite food. They also have vats that overlook the bay
