Friends come to Shantou and have been arranging to stay in this hotel. The price is affordable and the room is spacious.

My floor have one room open the door and smoking all night and I canmot to sleep . It’s not OK because I have smelling the smoking all night I stay 4 night, with this problem

This is a very bad hotel , I had cockroaches flying in my room, no wifi (they say wifi available but then they say it’s under maintenance today) , carpet was stained with cigarette butts
Very poor staff and manager they didn’t even listen to our complaints properly..please avoid this hotel

The hotel is very old, sanitation: poor, there are soot everywhere. Facilities: I asked the front desk if there is internet. She said it was under repair. After reading the comments, the hotel didn’t have internet. Plus this location, Zhongshan North Road, Shanfen Road here The signal is not good, so there is basically no network status all day long. It takes a whole night to upload a video. The two toilets 🚽 are blocked, the 2 door seals are sandwiched with plastic and straw paper, and the washbasin in the bathroom inside 3 is broken. Don’t go to this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 465 yuan on the second day of the new year. Chaoshan area has the best cost performance The Suite Hotel Vienna is worth recommending. I stayed for three nights, and the two hotels are both in Chaozhou. Anyway, it is very close to Shantou by car, so it is convenient
