A place to rest

Very nice place where you can rest, you have the shopping center nearby, the transport terminal is next to the hotel, an ideal place for a quiet weekend you can enjoy the facilities, the very comfortable rooms. The hotel staff is very attentive.

Basic but running water and breakfast

Hotel is clean with a running water but no hot water for showers. They have a sort of continental breakfast.
Hotel has a lot of possibilities but at this point they need to work on those possibilities.
One of the important tourist who are not used to the heat is AC. The room we were in had a fan which is better than nothing.
Another important point is a sign for the hotel. It is located behind the bus terminal. You must come from outside San Gil and just before the terminal, turn right at the right arrow.
Hopefully they can update this property because it has potential.

Low quality

We stayed at the Prana Hotel with my family - 4 people un total.
Though the facility was very attractive in appearance, a few key issues made our visit less pleasant:
* Their credit/ debit card reader wasn't working. Big inconvenience to any tourist.
* There is no hot water in the showers. Though the weather is great, nights and mornings could be colder. And the cold water is really frigid.
* There was no mirror in the washroom, or anywhere in the room!
* Our breakfast included juice yet they didn't offer it.
The place has potential and my suggestion is to wait a couple seasons to stay here.

No reembolsan dinero

Desafortunadamente tuvieron un accidente antes de que pudiéramos ir. Pagamos 50% anticipado y no nos han reembolsado el dinero... No responden o sacan excusas de todo tipo a pesar de que ya reabrieron el hotel.

Se cataloga como un escaso bueno, puesto que a pesar de tener la infraestructura no cuenta con servicio de restaurante

Las instalaciones son bonitas pero en algunas de las habitaciones carecen de elementos básicos, cómo lo son una mesa de noche, un maletero y una repisa en el baño para los temas de aseo, el administrador es muy atento, el personal sirve el desayuno desde las horas que les parece a veces a las 7:00 o a las 7:30, eso me parece un detalle descortés más en un turista que busca optimizar su tiempo.
