rooms were very clean and well appointed. The shower was excellent. The buffet breakfast was included and excellent. All the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The beds are very firm, so that may be good or bad depending on how you like your mattress. Excellent wifi. the balcony view was blocked some by the storm shutter system, but we did have a partial view of the Marina. There are a few near-by restaurants and we had a car, but we did walk to old-town split which took about 25 minutes.

Howl seemed out of the way. The stairs made it difficult to get bags in
Hotel was beautiful and spacious EXCEPT for the bathrooms!!!

We had a great time staying at Akademis Fit Split! The hotel was incredibly spotless, I cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel, everything was maintained so well
Only things I would have changed - a lounge space for guests to relax and sit around a bar, with sofas and chairs, to make it feel cosier.
The mattresses are too firm, neither of us were very comfortable sleeping.
The cleanliness and safety of the hotel did override this in our final impression.

Very good!

The hotel concept is interesting. There is a hotel section in a school. It is very functional. The rooms are modern, very clean. The bedding is also very good. It is very well done, bravo!
Maybe a little far from the center.
