I would've given full pot on everything but the bed did feel a little worn, when I sat on the side of the bed it just kinda caved in.....maybe it was just a soft bed? Anyway the other thing that I didn't like was even I was brushing my teeth in the sink it was kinda blocked and hair and bits of "things" filled the sink. Little disgusting but the staff that we had any sort of contact with were pleasant enough. Breakfast was ok👍🙂

We didn't get the room we booked
I booked a quadruple room for one night, and paid around 850 DKK for the room. The room was pictured with a double bed and two wall-mounted beds in a separate room. When we checked in we were given a sweltering little room with a sofa. I informed the receptionist that this was not the room we had booked, but to no avail. According to them, this was a family room. However, they could make the sofa into a bed. That gave one more bed, but still not four.
The breakfast is simple, and even with three different coffee machines, none of them make coffee that is good enough to drink.
This is an old and outdated hotel, completely uncharming, and with unengaged staff. But it's fine for one night - although it's a shame that they don't even have facilities to boil water in the room.

Not good.
There was a church right next door. Church bells ringed all night, were awakened all the time. Stayed at the hotel for 1 week - no cleaning in the room, not a single day. Mugg in the bathroom.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but everything worked as expected. Overall, I was moderately satisfied with my stay.

Small rooms, bad breakfast
Small rooms, with a bathroom that is even smaller. The coffee in the lobby was cold, breakfast was really bad and 10 mins late. Overall a bad experience.
